There were bugs in our room, and a hole in the bathroom door. Third shift employee. A latina woman. She is very rude and stays on her phone all night. Whenever asked if she can help a guest with anything she says she's doing an audit. Because she waits until her shift is almost finished to do any cleaning. She's a bad apple for sure!!!

I didn’t like the fact that the elevator didn’t work key was never working and the staff wasn’t so nice right now there wasn’t enough towels in the room shower was nasty when I got my room and the guests weren’t so nice

The check took a long time, workers moved a bit slow, there is no mini fridge or microwave inside of the room. The key cards kept having to get reset.

The tub was dirty had to clean. Sheets were stained had to buy sum. There was no towels and rags available when needed. There was no refrigerator, no microwave.

There was no breakfast. They either ran out of cups or coffee because a couple of times they did not have coffee. They limit the service to the customers. If you needed another sheet or cover, that was too bad.

at 1st everything was horrible besides the front desk staff that checked us in but we were put on the 2nd floor on the northern side and just getting to the room we were suffocating by the smell of pee in the hallways we made it to our room as soon as the door was closed we no longer had to deal the smell of pee but I immediately was so disappointed with the room 2 o the light bulbs were broke so there wasn't much light the bathroom was tiny and the toilet and shower didn't seem to have been cleaned well the bed was a full size bed but was broken and uncomfortable and had only 1 pillow and 2 sheets we tried sleeping in it since we were told we could not be accommodated but ended up being woken up at about 4am from being bitten or stung and left sore and itchy from what we think we're bug bites and could no longer try to sleep even in the chair after it was too loud and Soo hot hearing people yelling and a lot of pounding and a weird stinky smell that came from the ac unit everytime I tried to put the air on and it didn't even work just blew out warm air each time sot he complaint was made and we were finally accommodated on the 4th night in the bad room in the morning the hotel called and apologized and offered us to switch rooms or refund although after seeing we were bit by bed bugs and dang near traumatized by the 1st room I thought they would have done better with them trying to fix it but nope we just got 2 free days in a better room but In my opinion still not worth the daily rate at this location for either room I have been going to this location for years and I definitely feel like it has gone downhill in every aspect since the times I was there before and the fact no rooms have a microwave fridge or even coffeemaker like most discount hotels have but I feel like I should have at least some of the cost refunded or at least all the days I had to spend in the worst room plus 1 or 2 more comped at a different location would have been better

I guess the fact that they had pretty good suggestions and info on the restaurants events and places to go and the tv selection was good and once I contacted corporate about the situation I didn't have to wait to long to hear back from them and they apologized and got the hotel to try fix it

There was no wash cloth, dry towels feet towels. The ice machine didn’t work a lot of people lingering around. Over priced. No microwave in room.

IT’s right off the highway. A nice park not to far away. Also Lots of food places around the area.

Did not like the fact that the TV did not work. The house keeping never cleaned the room while we were out of the room, no towels, we had to ask for them and they were stained with dark spots, had to ask for an iron and board, only had 1 roll and less than half of a role of tissue the whole stay. Was double charged for our room but the staff was very helpful and corrected the issue quickly. MICHAEL was very patient, polite, and attentive as was PJ the maintenance guy and The young guy that was on duty on the night shift as well sorry I forgot his name.

I did like te response of the maintenance man to the TV that didn't work. He came in a very good timely manner, he tried his best to correct the issue and was very approachable and respectful, but we still only had 1 channel to watch PJ was his name like peanut butter and jelly. The receptionist was very helpful upon or arrival and cordial and respectful. All the desk workers were great as far as any complaints or needs.

the people coming in and out of the place were sketchy. i always bolted my door shut after entering room. although clean, floor boards and below sink cupboard in bad condition.

smelt like weed throughout hotel, someone hit my car in the parking lot with their door and also someone tried to break open my gas cap to steal my gas on my brand new car that I bought this year. so now there is a dent and paint chipped off my car in two places.
