The check in process was odd that I checked in the day before and had to repeat most/all of the steps again in person upon arrival.

The price was an incredible value. The rooms were spacious and clean and we even got an upgrade to a larger bed without even asking for it. Overall very pleased and would stay here again if in the area.

Rooms were small and connected to another room by a door. Could easily hear the neighbor through the door who were simply talking at a normal volume.

Rooms were dated and in need of a remodel. Just dingy. Coffee was the worst I've ever had.

We had a queen room and it was really small compared to what we're used to.. also there was no refrigerator or microwave we had brought some food and had nowhere to keep it cold .we do alote of traveling and have never had a room without a refrigerator and microwave..very disappointed..

Not very sound proof doors and windows. My fridge had a big puddle on the floor which i cleaned up but you should maybe check it out for the future guests.

The bed was too hard for me but my husband loved it! The halls and elevator smelled bad at times. I swear it smelled like marijuana.

The room was a great size, the front desk staff were friendly, and it was quiet.

My room didn’t have enough toilet paper for two people, but when I asked the desk for it, I got it right away. It also had a lot of hair on the floor. I didn’t call half people. I just cleaned it up myself.

The staff in the kitchen are constantly laughing loudly, which scares the guests. It also seems like they're often not doing their jobs, because the breakfast food is rarely ready and the trays are frequently empty. When the guy from the front desk walks in and says something to them, they stop laughing for a while, start working again, the dining area gets clean, and the food appears where it should be. But shortly after, it all goes back to how it was — they starts laughing loudly again and stops working.

We were really impressed with the guy at the front desk — he was very friendly and provided excellent service. We also liked the rooms, which were quite decent, with good TV. The parking lot was large, comfortable, and easy to use.The gym was fairly clean, and overall, we had a good experience at the hotel.

Our room was adequate and clean, but pretty tight. Our air conditioner was a bit noisy and only worked for a bit. We would have liked a coffee shop in the vicinity. There is a bar restaurant next door which was good and quite busy.

The lobby and breakfast area are nicely appointed. The complimentary wine was a nice touch. The desk staff were pleasant and efficient. They really enjoyed their job, and engaged with their clientele. The location for us was easy access to Target Centre by car.

The hallway carpet needs to be cleaned and tightened or replaced. The carpet in the room should be cleaned or replaced.
