It’s run down and needs a really good deep cleaning. The room itself was clean but not super clean like one would expect. The shower curtain needs to be taken down and washed. The walls need washed all over the building. It wasn’t the worst place.

I liked the location and the staff.

My girlfriend has a seizure early in the morning so she was ill before check out I asked if we could stay a couple hrs over until she was ok they said only if we paid for the whole night again kind of rude so we went the car and at until she felt better. I only asked for a couple hrs passed check out.

There was a very long period in the early am hours where for about one hour people were talking in very loud raised voices preventing me from sleeping!

The place could use a good cleaning, the towels were dirty looking, the toilet seat was broken along with the tile in the bathroom, and the mattress was the worse I have slept on. You could feel the coils in the mattress, the floor would have been more comfortable

The ravaging snow storm that put ice everywhere and prevented our FWD car from going... ANYWHERE but there. Morgantown! ... It sucked.

Bathroom needs updated. The exhaust fan rattled and was very loud. Also tub knob was alittle rusty and hard to turn. The only ice machine I could find was on the first floor.

Staff was nice and friendly! The location was perfect for admentities and easy travel. Plenty of tv channel choices availablavailable. Flooring had been updated and nice and clean.

I specifically chose this property because of its proximity to the airport - “1.1 miles” they claim. I thought I could walk the mile. I’m only 70. But six miles (all the way around the airport) is beyond the pale at 90F. No shuttle. No public transit. Fortunately Morgantown still has taxis. Staff were able to suggest a non- existent bus (1.6 mi to closest stop, for a bus that didn’t really go near the airport- another 45 minute walk). Burn hole in a non-smoking hotel’s bedspread is curious. TV remote is nearly as dicey as the channel selection. Room coffee maker inoperable. Likewise the desk lamp. Breakfast was lamer than I had anticipated. One peach yogurt, apples, bananas, granola bars and coffee.

The rooms are surprisingly nice and clean. I rarely expect much. The shower was decent, and no wait for hot water.

The room was clean looking.. but the bathroom shower curtain was not very clean and the ceiling looked to be moldy above the tub. Also the cover in one of the beds had a big stain .. not sure how old.. and what looked like cigarette burns. The mattresses were not comfortable at all! Worn out! The thing that made me think the place is extremely unkempt is the first image when we entered the hallway to our room and tne carpet was extremely dirty and had spill stains or some kind of liquid stains all over it. Leads me to think the whole place is dirty. I would not have stayed had l had a choice.. it was almost 1 in the morning when we arrived and we had an early appointment the next morning. For almost $100 a night you would think it would be better maintained. However the three staff members we did encounter were very nice. And the coffee in the mornings was very good.

The location was good as it was close to food, gas, and other things one might need.

The building under construction, so the hall floors had no carpet. The carpet pad was really dirty. There was no real breakfast either, which I assume was due to the construction. Also, the website said “pet friendly,” but did not disclose that there would be extra fees. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time. That would have charged my plan. And they should have not charged me the fees, since the hallways were disgusting and there was no breakfast. My dogs were the least of that hotel’s problems!

The base price was cheap. The staff was friendly.

Upon checking in, I asked for extra towels. He told me they were in the dryer and to check back. When I checked later, a woman came out, asked my room number and challenged me as to why I needed (more than two for two people for two nights) towels. My biggest concern with the room was that the safety chain on the door was broken. I left a chair wedged against the door each night.

The price was good. Location was good. The room was relatively clean and comfortable.

The bed wasn’t up to standards. I saw that the hotel is being upgraded by the young couple so I’m fine with that. Room was clean. Left early so can’t comment on breakfast.

It could have been cleaner, The bedding was gross with stains all over and smelled dirty from previous stays, Saw several bugs as well. Parking lot lights shined so bright the room wasn't dark to sleep comfortably A/C was loud. The Electrical outlets shorted out several times when turning on and off lights or using microwave. But i guess for the price of the room you cant expect much more. Didnt offer wifi or any kind of breakfast either.
