Ann elevator would have been helpful. The room fridge was a pain since it froze stuff in it. And that was even after adjustment.

The staff, the breakfast, and the room itself was wonderful.

The fan connected to the bathroom light was extremely loud. The toilet was difficult to flush.

We needed to check in an hour earlier because of a funeral. The first woman we asked said that no rooms were ready. The 2nd woman we asked said it would be no problem to check in early.

Breakfast might as well have not been at all. Definitely need humidity control in the rooms. Smelled musty though it was clean. Very damp. Towels wouldn’t dry between uses when hung like they should have. Moisture in the room was obvious. Needs upgrades. Pool was inside but icy cold.

Location. Easy to find and close to stores, gas stations, etc.

The girl at the desk look unprofessional with her shirt so low-cut her breasts were hanging out, and she had a pack of Marlboro cigarettes stuffed in her bra. We were put in a handicap room not by our request and not needed. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were like sleeping on tissue paper....nothing to them.

Tub did not drain. I was standing in two inches of filthy water by the time I finished showering (Room 216). I reported this to the desk clerk and she took our phone number. So far I have heard nothing.

Breakfast without eggs is NOT breakfast.

Staff was always very friendly and accommodating!

Direct TV was inoperable for majority of my stay. Door key was hit and miss. Front desk had to re-key my door key at least twice a day. This was very frustrating. Room cleaning provided only once, at my insistence.

The carpet on the stairs is a dangerous pattern. It makes it difficult to know where to step because the plaid-ish pattern matches so well. Just something to consider for the older patrons. The AC is really loud in room 214. In my opinion.

Everything was clean & comfy. Located close to fuel, restaurants, etc. Price wasn't bad.

The bed was uncomfortable. Was not what we ordered and paid for. We had to stay on ground floor because of health reasons so we ended up getting a king bed on ground instead of a double queen like we ordered.
