Rarely was there staff at the desk. Waited 10 minutes to check in. First breakfast, at 7:45, there was nothing left. Apparently staff eats breakfast first. Had to call to get waffle mix refilled. No OJ the second day, had to call again. Microwave in breakfast room was dirty all 4 mornings. Room only cleaned 1 day. Had to ask for new towels. No plug for bathtub, told person at desk 2nd day, no plug ever provided. People partying in parking lot 2 nights. General disrepair

United StatesWhen you could find a staff person, they were ok. The bathrooms were dirty, piles of dirt behind the doors, dust on everything. Worse part, the fire alarm kept going off overnight and the place smelled like stall smoke and weed. Ice machines did not work and vending machines were for decoration only. Will not stay here again.

United StatesIt didn’t feel like a safe parking lot to leave my car even though it was right in front of the hotel. The room smelled of smoke really bad. The room overall did not look or feel clean. The heater/air conditioner was running non-stop blowing out something unclean and the buttons did not work on it. I had to unplug it.
The front desk man was kind and the check in process was straight forward.

United StatesThe sheets smelled bad, not sure they were clean. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Stopper in sink didn’t work. So had to take it out tv stand turned down to floor. Had to prop it up with something so could see it, the wouldn’t turn off so had to unplug it. Heater was very noisy and made a popping noise every time in came in. I stayed at Super 8 on my way to CO in Sterling, it was great. This a big disappointment.

United StatesI have stayed at this property on numerous occasions as it was Avery convenient and a GREAT value. This time it was a pretty big disappointment. To begin with, I was actually charged more than my original rate, which was actually booked thru booking.com. Unfortunately, I had to push my trip by one day. I called the property and asked if this would be possible and they assured me that it was and that the rate would be the same. It wasn’t. My bad…shoulda made the change thru booking.com as I did with the second night of my stay in SLC. Secondly, when I entered the property I nearly threw up….literally due to the disgusting stench in the hallway! Got in the room which was fine, aside from the bed which was lumpy. All in all, a disappointing experience

United StatesKearney NE is obviously a big college town (Univ. of Nebraska) and this facility rents rooms (all on the first floor) to students. We were thus on the second floor and there was a great deal of noise coming up through the floor(s). The good news is that the noise stopped by 10:00PM so that sleeping was quiet.
Location was why we chose it as it's near the Interstate. And, the room had adequate facilities and was reasonably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
