How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.

Why was the plugged in microwave oven on the floor. At 6'3" and 66 years old, it's the same as not having a microwave.

Everything, no front desk EVER available door key broken toilet overflowed no one to answer phone bought own plunger to fix toilet, housekeeping entered room while we were in changing said thought room unoccupied, dirty, run down, housekeeping uses grocery carts with their supplies, continental breakfast nonexistent along with front desk lady. This is the worst place I have ever stayed for $400. Contracted Wyndam and told them to take their name off this property. It's a disgrace to the brand.

Smelled of cigarettes reat bad, was given wrong room key and was led into someone else room. Toiletclogged and there was no plunger, the sheets were paper thin. There is no pool and the facilities are.too dirty to eat the breakfast.

We were almost assigned a room that was already occupied. Another guest said they did that to them twice before getting them i to an empty room. The pillows were horrible and the lobby to check in had an awful smell.

Verified reviewBooked a room with a “pool view” upon arrival found that that was all we got. Pool has not been functional in 5 years. The building is in need of some serious updating. In addition my brand new truck was dented in the parking lot no note was left as to who might have done it. Not the hotels problem granted, however they have only one camera in the entire complex, on the front door. Probably never know who did it.I will say the young lady at the desk was wonderful she went out of her way to try and find the culprit. She deserves a commendation for her efforts!

Verified reviewThere was no breakfast, no coffee, no one at the desk in the morning. it said a pool view, that is all you got. a view of the pool that was closed with weeds growing out of the concert. Our room 110 had broken chairs, live spiders on the ceiling, and room smelt like cat urine.
There was no coffee, no one at the deskin the morning, ac unit that didn't gag you when it ran, no bugs, security. We were booked for two days we left after one. Couldn't check out - no one at desk just a key drop.

Verified reviewRoom was a good size and we had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It was fine. I would stay there again for a couple of nights. The woman at the front desk was lovely.
we were told that we were going to get a boxed breakfast, but nobody was at the front desk in the morning and no breakfast. The TV was not clear and difficult to watch. Air conditioner made a terrible squeaky noise, which was irritating all night. Pool was closed, but it didn’t matter because we weren’t gonna use it anyway. Would be nice to have a duvet rather than a blanket. Being picky, for the cost of the room it was fine and like we said before we stay there again.

Verified reviewI did not stay here is had a bad smell and the towels looked dirty I am a Wyndham rewards member and I when waked into the office it had a foul odor . The front desk gave me number to call booking and it was disconnected phone number and said she would not be charged she was not helpful I as with my young grandson and didn’t want to stay .
Every thing I thought it would be clean and it wasn’t.

The bathroom reeked of tobacco smoke, the bedcover had cigarette burns, there was no chair in the room at the desk, the beds were uncomfortable. I will never ever stay here or recommend others to stay here. Horrible experience.
