Mattress cover had an old blood stain, about the size of a nickel in the middle, about 2’ from the head of bed. Other discolored stains also, all over. It was washed but past its useful life. Luckily the sheets seemed ok, so we stayed on top. Entry door had to lean my shoulder into to get open, because it rubbed the lock side jamb so bad. Hall way was a mess. Lobby entrance and our rooms bathroom was clean.

No breakfast,no WiFi,not very clean.i asked for the rooms to be close to each other no even on the same floor at first I was given rooms that were occupied.i walked right in on someone..heating and air conditioning barely worked.cigerate burns in a few places.shower curtain had mold and rust on the bottom of the curtain.ice machine didn't work.it took a long time to check in.

Room had a foul odor. Black Mold on ceiling and wall in bathroom. #204. Staff did trade out to another room and was nice and apologetic about it.

Everywhere was dirty, dingy floors in the room, you could see on the carpet it had not been vacuumed, and fingerprints on the lamps and furniture. I slept for a few hours with the lights on. Was not a comfortable stay at all. People were working on cars in the parking lot and loud motors running till after midnight and doors after 1 am. When I arrived 3 men with no shoes on, scantly dressed were outside sitting in dining room chairs at the ft door on their phones. Doors open to the rooms on the first floor. looked very seedy!

Did not eat as the kitchen was dirty and dingy. and it looked like family members of the management were there. I stood there looking and they didn't even acknowledge my presence as I was there to check out until I finally said something.

The staff was not friendly. There needs alot of work on the flooring.

I think the bedding and towels were clean but the mirrors were dirty. There was hair everywhere in the bathrooms. There was no toilet paper roll holder. No fire detector in one of our rooms. I can send more photos if you'd like them

The guy at the counter did get us a shower curtain for our shower and a door wedge so we could prop open our door to air out the room.

There were bedbugs in the bed the bathtub had hair and crud in it the wall by the bed looked like someone peed on it and behind the bathroom door

The room had been restored and was very nice. The bathtub however needs to be refurbished, which is probably in the plan. The whole building is under construction

Mold in tub mattress was like sleeping in a hotdogs bun. Fridge wasn't clean there was still food in it. And the dust was awful

No elevator! My husband and I are disabled! Our room was on the 2nd floor! Shower didn’t work only a bath! I can’t get into the bath since both of my knees were replaced. My husband went out and was asked if he had a cigarette, he doesn’t smoke!
