We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe Front Desk Lady was not very accommodating when I wanted to get an extra room and didn't even bother to try and help me. The key card swipe system to access the room are horrendous to use. Shower head had so much calcium built up it didn't spray well.. Would be nice if breakfast included eggs, bacon or sausage and hashbrowns.
The beds were comfortable. The AC Unit worked very well. A domino's Pizza place right across the road. And Dave's Hot Chicken close by as well as Kwik Trip. Nice pool and hot rub with a balconey overlooking the pool was a nice addition.

United StatesBreakfast at 7am on the weekends is too late. 530 during the week is great, I suggest changing it to 6 am for the weekends. When people are leaving to see their loved ones in the hospital by 6:15/6:30 it would be great to grab a bite to eat quick and get on the road.

United StatesMy criticism is reserved for the upkeep of the room, 237. The bathtub had some areas that needed caulking. The grout in the bathroom tile was stained and looked dirty. The wall in the bathroom had a hole in it. It appeared that someone had tried to patch it but they never finished the job.
Check in was great. The gentleman on duty was friendly and helpful. Same thing for checkout in the morning. Getting aa wakeup call in the morning was fabulous. The room was clean; the water in the shower was hot and plentiful; and the heat worked fine.

United StatesThe receptionist was a little snarky. We showed up 20 minutes early and was very short about no early checking. I was fine with being told we couldn’t check in until 3 (check-in time) but the tone was a little rude. Also hotel is slightly dated with some features. None of the modern amenities like usb port built into the lamp. Not a bad thing just something noticeable.
It was very affordable. It was close to Mayo Clinic without being downtown. Close to various food locations and near Walmart
