Room smelled like car air freshener, no alarm clock. Fridge barely got cold freezer didn't freeze my Ice pack in 6 hrs.

The facilities were less than acceptable and unfortunately I will not consider th establishment again. I've been to quite a few hotel of similar caliber and this rates low among them. Sorry just being honest. The only thing that I enjoyed about the place was that they had a vintage photo large format above the bed.

The staff was helpful and informative very pleasant and responsive to needs. They accommodate tge requests for towels and such. So I had no issue with the management staff interactions.

Room was very dirty on arrival. Bathroom fixtures, wall decorations, and counters were visibly dirty. Tub was grimy and shower head is in desperate need of a cleaning. Whole room was worn down and uncared for. The so called "complimentary breakfast" was a basket of oatmeal packets, a dirty microwave, and stall coffee.

The room was very affordable and hotel is in a convenient location.

Toilet may or may not have been clean. We had to call the desk for cups, hand soap, and towels (there were none) as well as for help with a wonky TV. Microwave did not have the glass plate in it. Whole place in need of a facelift.

Dirty, under construction, no breakfast, very poor overall, room dirty, floors sticky. I had a broken foot and had to negotiate these corridors…no soap or shampoo in the room. Pleasant attendant at front.

They charge you a $75 cost upfront that you are not told about. No reason, no idea if you'll ever get it back. Place is dumpy & old, staff are friendly though. Sketchy all in all.

The T.V did not work properly. There was only 1 wash cloth, 2 towels. ( for 4 people). 1.5 rolls of toilet tissue. A bag was over the smoke detector. The room wreaked of cigarettes. Bathroom floor was dirty. The room was not properly prepared for 4 guests.

Breakfast could be better. Air conditioner has no control at all and for the person spleeping next to Air conditioner is very uncomfortable.

We had a bug infestation in the bathroom and within the sleeping quarters so was not a big fan of that had to place hot food or drinking and plastic materials in the refrigerator

The facilities were very rundown. I don't expect much from a budget hotel but this one seriously needs renovation. the beds were thankfully clean, which serviced for our short stay. Also, the "included breakfast" was barely breakfast at all: pre-pacakged muffins, yogurt, and coffee.

The concierge/attendant was welcoming and helpful. he promptly switched our room when we found that there was a problem with the one we were assigned.

I had NO hot water at 6 am in the morning. I ran the water for 5 minutes all the way on hot. It never reached warm, let alone hot. The TV didn't work properly. It was either a blue screen WITH sound or a picture with NO sound. We were there for 25th reunion. We were only there to change and sleep. It definitely wasn't worth the price that was changed. The "free breakfast" is a continental breakfast with 2 food items. Fig Nutons (cookie) and a piece of pound cake (individually wrapped). There was a small can of apple juice offered for beverages.

The room: the refrigerator’s freezer was a block of ice, The drapes ar so old that there are many small holes on them, no soap or shampoo provided, empty toilet paper roll was empty, the lights were not working, no remote control for the television. If it wasn’t for the evening desk manager, who brought us new bulbs, TV Remote No blankets placed on the bed

The room itself had a funny smell but after I showered my soap had the room smell better. Also the water pressure was really bad but that might’ve been just my room. It was a little dirty, the walls need a little cleaning inside the room but it was pretty much a motel room. The people attracted to this hotel and the one next door were characters.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal!! I mean really amazing. They were kind, helpful & incredibly friendly. The price was also pretty good.
