They mentioned it as a free breakfast, but there was only bread and cereals. No water was left to drink in the rooms

Soda machines didn't work and I didn't want to go out in the snow for a soda. Breakfast was not great.

It was basic, no frills, but it was relaxed, warm and comfortable. There were a few things I would have liked, but overall all basics were met and I rested well there. Staff was kind and helpful (I like that a lot).

Wish they had an elevator. Only 2 floors, carrying luggage up and down not the easiest. Maybe little more lighting in stair ways. Kind of dark

There was an old man behind the desk. It was constantly harassing us and yelling at us for dumb Stuff like grabbing an empty cup from the break room and then kicked us out when we still had 2 days left because 2 people had to stay the night. Mind you nobody called up to the room and said Hey, they need to leave.They just tried charging my card and then when I talk to them at first , they said it was a three hundred dollar fee , which is dumb since it was that 2 people stayed one night but he then changed the price to 20p when I talked to him a bit later so I waited for shift change in the morning and talked to another employee and they told me it was only 100$ so I asked him what was going on by the man the night before told me multiple different prices and the front desk person looked at me and said alright then 200 instead of 100 so I leave to find another employee I can talk to or a manager because I asked both frontd desk workers to talk to there manager and was either straight up told no or sum dumb excuse was made for why I couldn't. Eventually I found another employee and started telling them what was going on when the front desk person comes walking down the hall and starts yelling at me not to talk to his employee. The employee tried helping and talking the the front desk and he yelled at her to shut up and told me I had 15 minutes to pack my stuff and get out he was calling the cops. In each he then followed me to my roo. As me ad my gf quickly tried grabbing our stuff before we left and worse part is we still had 3 more nights already paid for that we lost and were stuck with nowhere to go along with loosing a lot of our possessions being kicked out supper quick

It was great to be close to the large city for appts. but still have a home town feeling. Staff was great and very accommodating! A lot of variety in eating places.

The room was an absolute disaster. The best was made, but that was about it. Lightswitches were dirty, bathtub hadn't been cleaned, and the tub didn't drain properly. The desk was so wobbly I was scared to use it. I found earrings and spare change everywhere. Drawers weren't cleaned out. The fridge didn't stay cold because the seal was bad. There was what looked to be petrified dog poop behind the bed, and garbage along with two spoons behind the tv. The smoke detectors battery had been removed, and there was toilet paper in the peep hole of the door. I've been to a lot of sketchy hotels, but this was absolutely disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and checking was quick. Don't have a whole lot else positive to say about the place unfortunately.

I'm a fairly regular customer but the last two times that I stayed there, they accused me of smoking in my room, which I didn't. They tried to charge my card, luckily I gave them one that didn't have any money on it. Will no longer be staying.

It was warm and cozy on some cold, snowy days. The coffee maker, microwave, fridge, bathroom, lighting all worked well. Staff was nice and helpful. It was located near restaurants and convenience stores as well

This hotel left an extremely bad impression on me and I must hereby raise questions. First, I made a reservation and paid on booking.com, and clearly marked three people. However, when I arrived at the store, the front desk told me that because there were three people, I had to pay an additional $10. I told her that I had marked three people on the booking.com. , her reply was that the website did not notify the store. I told her that it was not my problem, and she agreed. One night stay, room dirty. Stains on walls, holes in bedding, mildew in bathroom. Room needs updating. TV didnt work, to be fair, we didnt ask for help, but went to bed. Breakfast, tbh, inedible. Cheap.

Sorry all hotels in the USA need help. I paid $400 a night in Orlando and not much different than this Super 8 in Newton Iowa.
