Humidity levels off the charts. Found out the dehumidifier is broken. Everything was damp even the clothes in our suitcases.

The room smelled like stale smoke and it was a non smoking room. The pillows are extremely lumpy, and the mattress was not comfortable. Woke up in pain every morning. The little creamers curdled when I put it into my hot tea.

It was convenient for where I was visiting.

Things really started off wrong when the person behind the counter couldn't figure out my check-in. Said credit cards weren't working, showed him my confirmation and after a half hour finally got my keys. The stairway was absolutely gross, as was the bathroom. Cigarette butts and trash in the stairway, no elevator, trash in the hallway but was cleanup the next day. Was told to leave a basket outside with dirty linens and whatever else we ran out of. No soaps returned, asked for new coffee cups, they didn't showup. All in all, a horrible stay. I forgot to mention that the bathroom was enough to make you sick. Really disgusting.

Didn't try the breakfast. Location was satisfactory. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Not many options for breakfast. Fridge was very close to empty. No yogurt or fruit. Waffle batter had a strange taste to it. Holes in walls. Shower fixtures need to be caulked back on to the shower wall.

The breakfast area was clean and the staff was kind.

Overpriced vending machine prices, bathroom was dirty as hell. I was sitting in my car for 15 or more due to the fact that I was told I couldn't check in until 4 pm. Yet it wasn't that many people there maybe 5 cars outside. If I could've received my money back I would've stay in my car.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, poop still in toilet, hair on the counter, carpet wasn’t vacuumed and when getting ready for bed had a bed bug crawling on leg. Took our concerns to the staff, who then said it was a tick and threw it away.

Smoke detector missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. Sink drain was broken. Room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned well. It is winter the heater was shut off the room was very cold. All of the outlets ran off of one light switch. Electrical plugs for phone chargers got hot when plugged in for short period of time.

Bed was comfortable. Late check in was excepted. Breakfast selection was good.

There wasn't a great variety at breakfast but there was a choice and there was an unlimited amount and it was very tasty and topped up daily

The staff were very friendly but not over the top and were very helpful when asked for anything. Room was a lovely size and beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet so slept very well

The pillows. Bed was comfy. Should’ve checked the temperature setting on the fridge though, some of my packaged fruit got little icy. No elevator though. If not able to manage stairs, make sure to get ground level.

Breakfast was ok. Not to much to choose from. My spouse wasn’t thrilled with the toaster as it only had half of the 4 slice option that worked. The room was beautiful! Pillows weren’t comfortable though.

When we got to our room, there was ripped toilet paper all over the floor around the beds. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The bedspreads were also dirty. Will never stay here again!!! We had been on the road for two days from Utah. We will driver further next time to avoid staying at a place like this. Way overpriced for the location and conditions.
