How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Weird smell in all facility, my room's restroom was very dirty ( boogers with blood sticked in the walls. I turned off all lights to go to sleep but I had to turn them back on to grab something and as soon as I turned them back on I see a domestic roach crawling in the wall close to my belongings. I never give bad reviews because I don't like to affect businesses but this was actually a bad experience

They said no smoking but the place reaked of weed. It was pretty dirty and out dated thankfully no bed bugs. There was also another strong odor that gave an instant headache.

The reservation said there is breakfast, when we came they told us there is only coffee the morning and nothing else

Problems in the bathroom mentioned above. A single desk lamp was only lighting in the room. Very outdated--it may have been clean but hard to tell.
Major mechanical problems with the shower--knob broke leaving no way to turn the water off. Front desk responded promptly and it was fixed when we returned to the room.

Requested a king bed for months got to hotel and was given 2 queens. No breakfast Peep hole was see through.
Was okay. Easy to find. Beds were nice. Room was clean. Shower was clean and nice shower head.

Didn't like that I booked a king room and was given a double queen with no explaining as to why until I went back to front desk and asked. Paid extra for a room I couldn't have and was not compensated for the required change. Was told room had unacceptable damages making it unavailable.
The maid service was daily and accommodated additional requests.

When booking the hotel, it was indicated that breakfast was included , in fact there was no breakfast and the reception said that they simply forgot to remove that they did not have breakfast, there was only coffee and juice and then the juice turned out to be water , it was very unpleasant to stay in the morning without breakfast . The room has a very unpleasant smell and is not clean.

Bugs, No reason for the cleaning crew to come in your room every day simply no reason I don't need any one enter my room daily to make my bed i will not be staying any longer for these reasons

There was glass on the bathroom floor, the ac set off the smoke detector, there were 2 towels in the room, no trash can, the noise wasn’t even noise from the interstate it was worse from the people outside most of the night. The doors going outside were not locked they was something wedged into the door lock to keep it from locking .

There was no breakfast as stated online when booking. Although the air was filled with great smelling Indian food, there was none around and no offerings except the over priced vending machine with 16.9oz bottles of .5l priced soda.
Coffee and Juice only for breakfast?! No bueno.

There was no breakfast and NO coffee. There was only an office chair in the room and there was a live bug in the bathroom. There was no kleenex in the room. The tv did not have any local channels for the news.

Room was filthy. Walls all had stuff on them. Everything had a layer of dust. Shower curtain had mildew on it. All door handles and fixtures were disgustingly dirty. Under the beds were filthy lots of trash. The pillows did smell good and so did sheets. Ac was ice cold. Just clean better and it would be a great hotel. Better options near by for about the same price

Our refrigerator didn't work. We couldn't use it at all for our perishables, which included insulin. The a/c unit was extremely noisy and didn't cool that great. The bed was not comfortable

No curb appeal, dirty inside, check in host was kind of rude… It was outdated and looked half assed patch work in the room, on the walls. Booked a king room, got a double bed room instead.
