Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Told on arrival that there was no free breakfast. Found out while checking out that they did. That would have saved me a lot of time and money!

I didn't stay for breakfast, it was being made and didn't have much I was interested in. The staff were friendly and attentive, helped me get checked in late and out early. Very basic place for the $.

United StatesUpon check out , I checked out and everything was normal then days pass by and I don’t receive my 100 dollar deposit. I booked on July 4th checked out July 5th went back to super 8 on the 7th and was told they would not return my deposit due to the odor of smoke in the room which is ludicrous as I am not a smoker. I was immediately upset because I had returned the night after from the 5th to the 6th but messed up my reservation and they never mentioned anything bout the smoke smell while I was there. Then the front desk lady said she would refund the deposit only to find out she never did and now I’m going on almost a week later and still have not received my deposit. Wyndham can’t just change the way the hotel looks they need to change the people working there because the shadiest crap always happens at a super 8 and this one did not disappoint. It’s ashamed the renovations are so good but stealing my deposit ?? I need that back asap.
