Cockroach’s the floor was dirty the fan did not blow cold or hot air I told them they said they’re gonna have a maintenance guy come look at it and never did so. I didn’t have no heat the two nights I stayed here.

Metal hook in carpet which I stepped on and by air conditioner unit carpet felt disgusting when stepped on it. TV didn't turn on with remote, tried to put code in,but it didn't work. Other than that it would have been nice to watch TV.

That the walls needed to be cleaned and repainted because they were stained in that the TV wasn’t mounted on the wall and it looked like shit the way they had it set up

The bed was terrible. Way to soft. Wore out. No coffee maker. Bathroom didn’t have an drinking glasses! Smelled pretty bad as well.

Told on arrival that there was no free breakfast. Found out while checking out that they did. That would have saved me a lot of time and money!

The room furniture was stained, the toilet seat was found broken and detached; overall it was only a basic place to sleep. The sheets and towels were clean at least.

I didn't stay for breakfast, it was being made and didn't have much I was interested in. The staff were friendly and attentive, helped me get checked in late and out early. Very basic place for the $.

My family came to see me no problems loved McDonald's up the street and the gas stations it was so quiet and very peaceful I had a wonderful time there. But no breakfast 😞 under construction I like the way our maid service was she awesome but all in all very nice

Upon check out , I checked out and everything was normal then days pass by and I don’t receive my 100 dollar deposit. I booked on July 4th checked out July 5th went back to super 8 on the 7th and was told they would not return my deposit due to the odor of smoke in the room which is ludicrous as I am not a smoker. I was immediately upset because I had returned the night after from the 5th to the 6th but messed up my reservation and they never mentioned anything bout the smoke smell while I was there. Then the front desk lady said she would refund the deposit only to find out she never did and now I’m going on almost a week later and still have not received my deposit. Wyndham can’t just change the way the hotel looks they need to change the people working there because the shadiest crap always happens at a super 8 and this one did not disappoint. It’s ashamed the renovations are so good but stealing my deposit ?? I need that back asap.

The rooms were not good lady at the front desk did not give me a week like I asked.i need a 25 dollar refund for not getting a room early 3times had to move to a different room.and 7 days is a week and that's what I thought I was getting

Only super negative, I have is the shower head in the bathroom was on a slide Pole. No way to tighten the shower head to the highest setting I had to hold the shower head in my hand to shower.

Breakfast was skimpy. Little to no cereal and no Bagels. I did like the muffins

I am disabled and use a wheelchair and they put me on second floor and there's no elevator.! They said they would switch me to a bottom floor room as soon as one became available but never did

Anything it’s dirty broke down had roachs and your staff is nasty rude and lacks customer service and proper communication skills

I enjoyed arguing with the desk lady who wouldn’t let me in my room and told me my reservation didn’t exist and so I couldn’t stay and called the police and housekeeping throw my stuff out or they stole it

I cancelled my reservation upon viewing the dilapidated condition of the room. There was paint peeling off of the shower surround, and there was dried urine stains on the carpet and tile.
