Extra charge of $12 on my bill. It was labeled “prepay”, even though i asked to pay the bill on arrival through booking.com - not sure why they would charge my card for an additional prepayment. Allah the garbage containers and bags are fairly small and flimsy. Garbage bags fall into the bin and sometimes spills the trash. Find something that works.

After being told that the rooms were smoke free opening up the door and the scent of a cigarette slapped you in the face was very nasty!

There was dirty boxer shorts and a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. Also a big stain on the sheets that smelled of pee.

The location is perfect to jump on the interstate to get to LSU. There is a LOVES truck stop next door and many fast food locations within eyesight.

We booked this hotel because it said there was an outdoor pool only closed March 30th- April 30th. But we got there and the pool was closed. And the bath tub stopper didn’t work

The location was near LSU and was easy to get to the stadium.

The pool was unavailable when we arrived Thursday and was told it would be serviced Friday. Monday at checkout, the pool still had not been serviced, which was a bummer since it was 95° each day. We booked based on the availability of the outdoor pool, so it was a definite downer. One of our rooms didn't have enough towels or toilet paper. If we return, we won't be paying upfront. I couldn't get any type of refund due to the pool being down(it was green).

Devin, the young lady at the desk, was great. She was pleasant and tried her best to accommodate our issues. Based on location and price, we may stay again.

It was difficult for us to find our way in to the hotel parking lot through the driveway to a truck stop. There was a table lamp only on one side of the bed. TV had three or four times of a bright white flash occuring from behind it, one of which froze all of the channels for quite a while. Not able to cast to the TV from my tablet or phone. There was a large stain on the foot of the bedspread. The pool was GREEN. It sounded like some kind of domestic drama was unfolding outside one of the nearby rooms and statements were being taken. We also had to drape the corner of the window curtain over the doorknob to cover the gap that was at the door/window where people could see in. My husband and I were very disappointed in cost vs convenience and amenities.

I didn't like the fact the first room was by some other people who was sitting outside of their room playing loud music with a radio, their child playing in the parking lot where people have to park at. I also didn't like the fact that the check is supposed to be at 11 a.m., but the cleaning person came at exactly 8:37 a.m., waking me up like it was time for me to check out. Then came again at 10:42am. Other than that, everything was good.

They’re very unorganised and have poor communication among staff. They never have towels when you need them and the grounds are not well maintained at all.

It’s in a good location for convenience, I like that they’re pet friendly.

It was not exceptionally clean, there were things on the walls that were dried, looked like food but not sure. The toilet leaked water in the bathroom floor overnight, the door shut but had a gap in it that you could see outside through, one of our rooms didn't even have a TV in it, the wall mount was empty. There were 2 rooms that had all the furniture pulled out of and placed on the sidewalk in front of the rooms, the items had been there for a while and the mattresses had mold all over them, made me fear what was on the beds we were given, these rooms looked very scary and made us wonder what happened in them for all the furniture to be out like that and the doors to just be wide open, we booked on line and couldn't get our money back so we stayed in a group until we got to the rooms and didnt open the doors until we left, we only stayed for about 12 hrs. This place is right behind a truck stop, like I said before it was quiet which was a surprise because of all the traffic coming and going.

The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. It was quiet so we had a good rest.

Neighbours (probably leaving there on a permanent basis) were very noisy outside. Kids under 10/12 were playing outside at 1am generating a lot of noise. People walking by, in front of the room shouting late during the night.... no respect for other residents AC very noisy and lighting in the room very low

Outside portion of property was a little rundown with pealing paint on many doors. Close to the interstate but not the nicest neighborhood. Plenty of bright lights illuminated the parking area all night for security purposes. Only fast food available close by.

Our room smelled like toilet water the whole time and the carpet felt grimy and sticky. It was quite uncomfortable. The floor by the bathroom was also moist the whole time for some reason.

The location was nice and tucked, and it was brightly lit. The night shift receptionist was nice

There was a horrible smell in the lobby area where you check in. I almost canceled my reservation due the smell but the manager assured me it was something they were investigating to get fixed. The room had an old smell but thanks to my Febreeze spray, it wasn't a bother.

The location was in good and quiet area. Next to a truck stop and down the street from eating spots.

the lobby smelled like sewege as soon as we walked in to check in! the non smoking room smelled the smoke. the pillows even thru the pillow cases looked worn and used! the bath tub wasnt very clean! the toilet had a burn stain on the seat and the sofa had a hole in it. its right next to a truck scale so noise was unavoidable. the beds wete comfortable and the staff was really nice!

For a non-smoking facility the room had a very heavy smoker smell in the sheets and a half ashtrays all outside your doors also made it stink like smoke.
