Pool was too cold. Hot tub not warm enough and the jets don't work properly plus the railing going into the hot tub is very loose

Pool was not heated, children couldn't go swimming, the one reason for choosing Super 8, so that was a bummer to our trip.

cleanliness the one queen bed had something in the sheet. the bathroom needs to be remodeled everything was loose the sink the hot and cold water was reversed the stopper in the sink was not functional. The sprinkles had paint and texturing from the ceiling on it kind of a fire code concern.

Location was great, didn't get the chance to see the pool so I can not share my opinion and didn't try the continental breakfast.

I walked across the floor in our room a couple of times and the bottoms of my feet were filthy black. obviously the floor had not been mopped for some time. that really grossed me out. it also made me question the cleanliness of the linens etc

The breakfast was decent. would have been nice to be offered a meat option with the eggs and a variety of fruit not just bananas and not only raspberry yogurt.

Hotel needed alot of remodeling, hot tub didn't work, continental bfast was not so desired, soggy waffles, wet institutional eggs, microwave type sausages. I probably will not suggest or stay at this location again.

The Brand name is why we stayed.

When we checked in, the receptionist told us that booking had reserved us a smoking room & there were no non-smoking rooms available, so we ended up staying in a stinky smoke room.

I booked here cuz i wanted a pool n hot tub and they were not in working order...the bedding had burnholes in it...there wasnt enough towels or any of that for 2 ppl...no ashtrays for being a smoking room

Next to train tracks, moldy musty smell in room, sprayed air freshener, fridge didn’t work and there was spots of mold inside, staff was helpful to bring a replacement fridge, couldn’t use microwave, looked to be rust on the outside and baked on food inside the microwave. People loud in the hallways all during the night. Spider in shower and drain was really dirty.

The rooms were pretty beat up. Non stop foot traffic at all hours of the night. Bottom of the bed frame was duct taped together. Spots where there were holes had door stoppers on top of them. One of two rooms had duct tape on the wall holding the wall together. The other room had a chair that leaned to one side when you sat on it and it was completely shredded. Hallway smelled of Marijuana. Vending machines are cash only. The more you look the worse things get. Towels with strange red marks. Bottom of the mirror looks like it had something on it but it was tore off or something.

The staff was friendly. Hot tub was nice. That's it.

When I was reserving this hotel then I read reviews and I was thinking about it, but there was nothing I could tell. We had an amazing stay at the Super 8 hotel

It was clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean, beds were comfortable. The hot tub was at a perfect temperature. Breakfast was was nice cheese omelette, and Sassuge at 6 am to 10, toast, and muffins. I liked the omelette. Staff are always ready to help any anything.
