We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked the location was right by the highway so easy access. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was money saving and good.

United StatesRoom was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights and told front office about it every day. Breakfast was very meager and we had to request more food to be put out every morning. Only hot food was waffles. Juice machine was broken. Lighting above sink was not very bright.

United StatesIt didn't feel super clean. The carpet in the room felt sort of wet and left my feet dirty. The ironing board was sticky. The guest laundry facility was kind of pricy. The ice machines near our room didn't work. The booking description said they had a fitness facility but they did not have one. We decided not to stay the night, but we appreciated having a place to rest for the afternoon prior to our concert
Conveniently located to the venue (Nationwide Arena). Allowed us an early check-in. Within walking distance to a great restaurant (Peggy's). The staff was friendly. And everyone was busy working, even management was outside sealing cracks in the parking lot and cleaning .The water pressure in the shower was great. The AC was cold!

United StatesThe guests were noisy. First room was one where guest had smoked I was moved to another room 107 which was better. Chairs were stained and dirty. Lamp shades were dirty and not secured. The desk/table was broken. The fitted sheets had holds.
I made it through the night. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant.

United StatesA low cost secure, safe, serviceable hotel. Although dated, location is well maintained and clean, with full time, on site, staff. Nice breakfast for a low cost hotel. Buildings and parking lots are fenced in, lots of security cameras. Allows only registered guests, no visitors, no parking for non registered guests.

United StatesUnderstandably there was a security deposit required of $300. I recently stayed in Vegas in a swankier hotel and deposit was only $250 . What I have a problem with is that that hotel returned my deposit in 3 to 5 days yet your establishment retains my deposit for 14 days, seems very unnecessary.
The site was satisfactory in terms of price, cleanliness and comfort. I got what I paid for.
