I don’t like how one of your staff a young dude acts like we know

I did like how private it is for my family during these work times and holidays.

The sticky floor in the room, the cigarette butts between the window panes in the room, the trash around the building, the drugged out people in the lobby, the fact that it was difficult to even get a blanket (the bed only had a sheet to cover yourself with), they refused to give me an extra pillow, the smell in the elevator was awful.

It's dirty and they put sheets with burn holes in the bed as. They don't have coffee pots or soaps in the bathroom no tables or chairs in room and the wait time on the deposit I'm wowuust return is reducklios

The heating system. You have no control over the heat. There is a small radiator on the wall. You have no way to adjust the heat. It was extremely cold outside and it just wasn’t warm enough in the room. A chair in the room would have been nice. Seems like a lot of the usual hotel furniture was missing. I also couldn’t get the shower to get hot.

The room was clean. The lady who checked me in said was friendly and professional.

3 out of 4 times our tv didn't work, they only give you 2 pillow and the bed was only sheets. The heater was broken in our room so it was cold.

First room we were given had no sheets or blankets on the bed or in the room so we were given a different room. We had booked two nights using booking.com but learned we were signed up for only one so had to re-book on finding our belongings removed from the room on our return to stay the 2nd night. The proprietors had limited pronunciation skills in English, making dialogue a little short and uncertain both ways. This helped lead to the misunderstanding re number of nights and what the itemization of charges had been. The TV in our room could not be made to work and though we requested help in programming it or whatever it needed the proprietor never returned to provide that help; neither did we get a 2nd offer to change rooms. The hallways were noisy late into the night, though at least there was no sound of drunkenness, fights or rowdiness. The room had one hard-backed chair only, for those who like to sit up off the bed, and two pillows on the bed--adequate, but contrasting with most motel rooms where 3-4 pillows are available. No extra blankets, no shampoo, only bar soap. Adequate, decent, workable, but substandard when compared with other budget motels in our travel experience.
