United StatesOur room had a funny smell to it when we got there. Also when our toilet got backed up, we asked for a plunger and the staff said they didn’t have one. My boyfriend went to look on his on and found one.
It was in a good location to get to Fort Leonard Wood and was near a lot of restaurants.

United StatesThe room was ok, there was a jacuzzi tub by the bed and the carpet was wavy from it getting wet previously. There were these weird looking bugs that I kept seeing crawling around. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Hot in the building. Took forever for the room to cool down. NO HOT BREAKFAST, only granola bars, juice and coffee!
Not much around the hotel so it was kind of quiet except for the road next to it.

United StatesWe stayed on the 2nd floor. When you walk in the lobby you are overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The hallway upstairs smells like cigarette smoke and the room have slight cigarette odor. On day 2 there was some dude smoking his joint on the lobby sofa. The pool was not the cleanest either
The best thing about this place is the location.

United StatesI booked a smoking king, and when I went to check in they said they were all out of smoking rooms. I pulled up the priceline web of their rooms, and there were over 50 rooms available on the site for this motel with atleast 2 smoking rooms left, but they said they don't have any control of the website. In the morning at 11am check out the parking lot was completely empty so I went to the desk, and asked for a smoking room to stay over, and they said none were clean yet. I said that's pretty good that you know that without asking housekeeping. I pushed him, and asked him how many smoking rooms were there in the hotel? I told him to quit lying, and admit the truth. They falsely advertise. AND there isn't any breakfast. A stinking granola bar is there breakfast.
The Room was fair, but carpet was pretty well worn out, and needed to be restretched a lond time ago.

United StatesNo Breakfast as advertised. The pool was closed. The AC in the hallways was not very cold and I had trouble breathing. Our keys needed to be reprogrammed every day. There was a gentleman who worked there that did Not speak very good English and he was very hard to understand. I am not sure I will stay at another Super 8 again. I understand with covid it made things difficult but that threat is over and still the hotel chooses to save money by not having breakfast. They need to remove the offer of breakfast from their descriptions, it is very disappointing when you expect to get something when you book , only to find that when you get there they changed and removed what you were expecting. Maybe they should lower their prices since they no longer offer the amenities they advertise.
