everything just perfect

Location

The beds were extremely sweaty and damp that caused me to have rashes all over my skin

Good area with walkable restaurants, coffee shops and Crissy Fields close enough for a stroll. Choose for the area. The hotel is a former super 8 so dont expect too much in terms of amenities

Needs some maintenance: tv remote did not work, bed light burned out, a/c baffles broken so could not direct air blowing directly at you while you slept; front office only allows for one party so had to wait outside a long time to speak to manager about any issue. Getting out of basement parking lot is challenge for any car bigger than compact; limited spaces

Clean. Access to variety of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Friendly front counter staff.

Bathroom was a little funky. Soap dispenser for the shower is by the toilet. Cabinet to get to the fridge was very squeaky and loud. Fridge seemed to be not working well. Parking is extremely minimal and very tight.

The front desk and the staff were excellent! They were very helpful and accommodated us with the early check-in! Gave us all the useful information, etc.

We wish they had an elevator! Just a minor inconvenience to go up one floor. The view from the room was not that great, but the location of this hotel was excellent as it is very close to the many scenic sites that you can visit on foot, and many restaurants and shops.

Very nice location just inside the City. Close walking distances to palace of fine art and other points of interest. Very clean and comfortable! Outside patio and flowers outside are a great touch. Parking was a breeze.

The first room we were assigned was dirty, so we requested a change. The second room had an unpleasant odor, but we decided to stay due to having driven nearly 10 hours. However, during the night I saw two cockroaches, which we found completely unacceptable. As a result, we decided to cancel the second night of our reservation.

The cleanliness of the place was terrible, and the bed was not comfortable. The only acceptable aspect was the staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff who made sure everything was to my liking. The level of hospitality here is impressive—each staff member went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. One standout moment occurred when I had an issue with the television. For some reason, I couldn’t change the channel, and instead of just sending someone, the husband and wife team who run the hotel both came to my room to assist. They quickly resolved the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly above and beyond! The hotel itself is spotless. The rooms are kept meticulously clean, and the common areas are just as pristine. It was clear that attention to detail is a top priority here, and it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the exceptional service, the welcoming staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Limited parking but there’s parking on the street, just look at the parking signs to avoid a parking ticket

Very clean, great location.

Close to public transportation so you don't have to move the car. There is parking on site, the wifi was good.

Small room, small beds, not spacious enough for 4 people. No elevator, we were on the 3rd floor and bringing equipment and luggage up was inconvenient. The ice machine was broken.

I woke up covered in bug bites. Disgusting.

The owner was terrific - flexible with check in. Friendly. The room was clean and super comfortable beds. Lovely patio to sit on. Near things we were interested in. Near Palace Theatre which we walked to for a show. Easy to park.

No elevator- stairs tough. No refrigerator. Hair dryer could be more functional.
