It seemed to be under repair. Our door appeared to be recycled from another place. Safety bar on door was broken. The doorway appeared to have been kicked in. I didn’t feel safe.

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet was dirty. Flush was not working. Sink was broken. There was no cold water, only hot water was coming as faucet was broken.

The price was affordable. Staff was very kind and humble. They were well mannered. Housekeeping person was nice.

Had to have the sheets changed upon arrival and checking the bedding for it had pubic hair and dirt and stains in the sheets TV went berserk stopped working and had to reprogram it myself because the staff didn't know how, the remote needed batteries, sink had water pressure problems very low pressure for bathing and stayed 2 nights never had my towels replaced or any kind of service during my stay

Some of the staff was rude and not friendly at all. They took $20 in cash as a deposit after I had already paid for my stay on line! The room was really dirty, short on towel, a roach living behind the picture frame on the wall. Dirty floors, walls and dirty sink.

There wasn't much to like about this hotel. We were blessed to have a bed to sleep in is all and the location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

But, the place is a dump. The towel racks are falling off the walls. The TV didn't work at all. The wifi kept cutting out. The fire alarms went off twice - once at 2 in the morning! Drug dealers were doing business in the parking lot - thumping their hip-hop rap at 4am. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting. A cockroach crawled out of the sink. Ghetto!!

I came to San Antonio for the annual Texas State Senior Games - but I am on SS disability and have to find the cheapest hotels available - preferably under $50 a night. EconoLodge met that stipulation. Also, for that price, I like to have a refrigerator and microwave available since I bring my own food for the competition. Again, EconoLodge met that stipulation.

They did not have the amenities as described no breakfast. The pool was empty, so no water. There were roaches everywhere. The bed linen was filthy. The walls are filthy. The refrigerator in microwave was filthy. They did not have any type of room service. The towels were nasty. I had to buy towels. I had to buy cookware. I had to buy linen because by the time we got there, we were so exhausted and then we still ended up sleeping somewhere else. They have the ice machine downstairs and you have to get it in a bag. The sink was stopped up and I had two rooms. It was like that in both room rooms. I took pictures. Hopefully, I can post them.

Never ever will I even try to stay. My daughter was scheduled to be induced at Methodist hospital made an online booking got confirmation went showed up and the not so nice man said he couldn't find it never offered another room or anything. Very questionable people coming in and out the lobby not a safe place.

I was on a budget and decided to book the Econo lodge for my elderly father and I. We booked a deluxe queen room. There was nothing deluxe about the room. I’d hate to see the regular room. The room didn’t have enough towels and there was a smidge of toilet tissue. When we checked in we were asked to put a 20$ deposit and that no visitors were allowed. That was very embarrassing explaining to my family that they couldn’t stop by and say hello to us or their 88year old father. The staff was arguing with a customer. And to be fair the customer was in the right. ( I work in customer service). I hope someone reads this and chooses somewhere else!!

It was a nightmare stating here. Staff, cleaning stuff I should say, was very disrespectful to my wife. Every one here was very rude and disrespectful,. Even an old man in a wheelchair that lives there for good. He's always on the doorway, and that was every time. So, but so annoying. The owner he's a lot of training to do (if he cares about customers?). I can go on and on. Just do yourself a favor: DON'T STAY HERE!!!! You will be risking your health... Cockroaches cockroaches filthy floors filthy small refrigerators filter beds with bed fleas dirty very dirty plays protect yourself here don't catch a disease very possible I already went to the doctor to make sure I don't have any skin problems thank you and good luck. ???. What kind of question is this. I dislike everything here because everyone was very rude and aggressive. After one week of staying there the staff, young Hindu people will always confront you with: "excuse me sir, what's your room number? that's all they will ask time after time, and they will do it by blocking your pathway as if you were being detained at a check point , I never experienced this not even at Motel 6.But they already knew us, they accept pets but once you're there they don't even like it when they bark at least once. They made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, But honestly they are the ones that are not welcome because they don't know Jack about customer service. the main manager is one of the rudest because the room was so filthy didn't clean it at all, room was full of dog hair and to top it off many cockroaches they had a refrigerator cockroach came out of it, and on the floor. My wife had to tell the stuff not to worry about cleaning, that we were going to do it because that disrespect from their part goes on and on and on and on. Honestly I don't want you to go stay there, unless is for one night stand. other than that, it's a filthy place full of cockroaches and fleas that I don't want you to go through what I went through. the worst place I've been to and I'm a 59-year-old person who's being here and there but this place is the worst don't stay here do yourself a favor I gave one star because there is a one there, but they deserve negative 10 and I'm not exaggerating if you don't believe me go try it out, but not really.

1st, I got a room, and there was already a couple in the room. Then I was changed room the rooms bed would squeak just by sitting on it. Water at the sink was not coming out normal. It's more like a clogged spray. Wifi kept disconnecting, room areas were paint sprayed. There was no breakfast as described either. Never have I ever encountered such a filthy place.
