So much noise. People were coming and going at all hours of the night, letting their room doors slam. Also, you couldn’t cast your own content to the TV - no way to pair a phone or tablet.

Proximity to the Renaissance Festival was great. It was easy to get to the hotel coming from out of town. The room rate was good.

I wasn’t expecting large work trucks to be parked all over the parking lot area. I found a parking space so all is good. Looks like some ongoing repair projects taking place. Not necessarily bad. Will be nice when completed.

The room was very clean but needed some updating...slight smell of cigarette smoke from the room, but overall, the room was very comfortable, bed was great and had a very nice stay.

Decided to take a last-minute trip, they had rooms available. Friendly staff, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Vending machine were well stocked and affordable. Great deal for the price!

I asked for a new remote for the tv 2 times yet both times was given a different remote that didn’t work. Was really frustrating not being able to watch tv. Other than that we were happy with stay

Not a very good breakfast , cereal and waffles were about it. The turnover service is mon, wed, fri. Which is great but they never replenish the plastic cups and when they did they were covered in a weird sticky brown stuff.

Your front desk check in argued with me over the early check in and late check out that I paid for. I had to show her my phone! There were construction machines taking up all the parking.

Our room was right by the outside door but NOT handicapped. You need railings in the bathroom.

Our beds seemed to be dated and not real comfortable. Our room had a low level odor that seemed to be a smoker had used the room. When we turned up the individual room AC unit a strong odor came with it, pungent and laden with humidity while this did remediate itself with time we did buy a room deodorizer. Breakfast was a letdown. Small area in the lobby. Minimal drink options, few bread options and waffles a few dry cerals and packets of oatmeal. No yogurt fresh fruit etc. There was a very large contingent of construction workers here (road and cable and pipe work) making the parking lot almost unusable and mud and dirt everywhere in the hallways ( yes I get they need to stay somewhere but the parking lot and hotel were not well designed for a group of this nature and not really a fault of the staff )

Our room was very large and well adapted for a family. Staff was friendly and tried to resolve issues that occurred.

it was suppose to be a non smoking hotel and you could tell people were smoking both cigarettes and marijuana in the hotel. the breakfast consisted of just waffles, at that point just give it up. room seemed very used, knob missing on the dresser, lamps dirty and busted, room was musty.
