We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen we checked into our room. We checked the blankets and they were covered in small black hairs from the pillows to the sheets. We also got up for the breakfast at 7:30 am to find that there was nothing left. It would make sense to restock if you breakfast doesn’t end until 9am.

United StatesSo much construction going on, place was trashed out. lock was broken on our door, got SCAMMED when i checked in for ANOTHER $60, that was not stated ANYWHERE on your site bc i didn't book on their website. I had to BORROW money for food and gas, as a result of this. Beds are way too high up, short people beware!! The tv didn't work, had to someone to come in to fix it, the wire was behind the tv itself and she treated us like WE moved it. The people running that place needs to learn better people skills. Also in the middle of a name change was the so called excuse we got for the $60 extra we got scammed with. Will NOT use them ever again. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
