The mattress smelled like disinfectant, the comforter wasnt very comfy, the pillows were small and too firm, there was a moisture in the air to the point where our clothes were damp, the AC didnt work very well, and there was only powder cream for coffee unless you wanted vanilla.

Price was good. It was clean, lots of towels.

The pool said it was going to be open on Friday then Friday turned into Saturday and then Sunday and it did not open at all and my kids were super bummed and wished they had that to do kind of why we had booked there but it still turned out nice

Was not impressed with breakfeast. Only cereal cold or warm or waffles and toast. Not much of a choice. Room was clean, staff was very nice and go out of there way to make sure I was accommodated.

That my room wasn't very clean , The ice machine needs fixed . The continental breakfast contained waffle, muffin, or toast or an apple. They can do better !

I did not like that there was an additional deposit hold placed on my carding only found out about it when a separate transaction was denied and when I asked about it there was a language barrier that made it difficult to find out why I wa s charged the additional amount. The drain in our shower was plugged and there was an unpleasant sent that seemed to linger the halls. I do not feel that the price for the room reflects the quality.

We like that there were very few guests so my 3 and 6 year old daughters and I were able to have the pool to ourselves. We obviously were not from the area so the location was great. Several restaurants, gas stations, shopping center and Meijer right across the street. There's is also a nice bowling alley basically in the backyard in case your outdoor activities get rained out. There's also a very nice outdoor playground and petting zoo within a couple miles. So for us location, location, location saved the day

The toilet was loose to the floor, overall it's a good value for what you get. I would recommend updating the bathrooms, just a bit.

There was a ring around the toilet on the floor that looked like rust?? And the shower curtain smelled slightly like mildew when we arrived. We left the bathroom door open to air it out and it seemed to dissapate a bit. Breakfast was dismal with only carbs all the way around (waffles cereal, breads, ect). Would have been nice to see at least some yogurt and more fruit options

Bed and pillows were comfy room size was pretty decent, which I wasn't expecting in a super 8 (2 queen bed room). It also had a bench and desk and two small chairs. Along with the dresser stand that had a TV on it and the fridge in it.

the room was not as clean as I would have liked. it really needed a good deep clean. sheets were clean, but walls were dirty, floors were dirty and shirt under the dresser. overall it was a place for us to rest. thought it was a little pricy for a not so clean place.

it was close to where we were going for lacrosse.
