Location for my work and the price, customer service average…

I booked my smoking room almost 3 weeks in advance, but was told it was not available when I checked in. I was given a non smoking room instead and had to go outside if I wanted to smoke. I booked early to ensure I would get the room I wanted. There are hardly any places that have these rooms available. That's why I booked this one in the first place.

The staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be. The room was relatively clean and the ac worked great.

I feel that the room needs some updating. A new coating of paint and caulking would be good and replacing some of the fixtures which have pitting and rusting would be great.

The location was great. After searching for a room it was within a 10 minute drive from the current location. A room was available when needed and parking was available also.

I realize it's no expensive, but with a little more attention to detail this place good be so much better. Has good bones, breakfast was a muffin at best.

Our initial room was not ready, the manager quickly relocated us, We really appreciated that. the beds where not uncomfortable, pillows were ok as well. great value for the cost.

There were holes in the walls. looks like where a hair dryer used to be. And somebody ripped it out. And they never patched up the holes. The Sheets Were stained. the bed frame was plywood. and with a piece of plywood on top. With a hard mattress on it. and when I went to check out. the guy didn't understand English because I asked for a receipt.

we had a flickering bathroom light. said they’d fix day 2, but didn’t. I couldn’t shower because it was like a strobe light:(

The one person working the desk did a great job...considering she was doing it all alone. This place is poorly managed if they leave one person to take care of everyone.

I have stayed here before, the room was clean and well appointed.

How old and dirty everything was. The place is a total disappointment there are no refunds after booking, if power or electricity go out due to storms or anything no refund.

Nothing. They need to shutdown clean and renovate the place it felt like going back to the 80s.

The hotel was not clean enough, cockroaches in the room, the TV wasn't functioning , always cold water from the shower, no hot water and very poor wifi connection. Breakfast never existed.

The location of the hotel is very good.

Front door had a clear inch gap between the floor and thus my room constantly had bugs and was never able to cool much at all. Toilet was cracked and lid the wrong size. Towels and sheets had mystery stains from God knows what.

It was the cheapest option available

Cockroaches, i had to sleep with the lights on so bugs wouldnt bite me, they claimed to have breakfast on there website but there was no breakfast not even coffee. Horrible experience.

The person at front desk was not customer friendly and had no clue where things were. It took him over 40 minutes to finally get us checked in even though we were the only ones there. The key did not work. We made several attempts until we were able to get the door open. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. The ac was loud which made it hard to sleep. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable

I liked that they had an available room. We were able to get on a last minute decision

The manager took FOREVER to check me in. He didn't ask about any pets or service dogs, and I traveling with my service dog. When he saw the dog, he came up to my room and pounded on the door multiple times. I told him I didn't feel comfortable opening the door because of his anger, and I asked him to call me. He never did. He then argued that I had a pet and would not give in until I provided documentation (which I have never been asked to show before) from my doctor about why I needed a service dog. Later, a tenant (maybe?) would not stop loitering around outside and every time I got something from my car, he was staring me down. I finally just told the manager I was no longer comfortable staying there, but he refused to give me a refund despite all of this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SAFE!

My first room had a Huge crack in the door that you could see inside and outside. The guy wouldn’t get me another room for the evening tho I was with a minor little girl. Had to put a rag in the crack til the next morning so sleep wasn’t possible the first night checking the door

The heat/AC unit did not work properly. I struggled to get the room warmed up. Also, my key card did not work properly and I had to get a second one. Could not get an ice bucket for my room. Coffee provisions were terrible… No creamer or sugar.
