Breakfast room was just full of empty containers. Room walls paper thin and shower half broken. Ok to stay but not gonna miss it.

There was a hole in the tub that they just put tape over and I found 2 cockroaches.

There was mold in the bathroom. Only breakfast they had was cereal. My sheets never got changed. Stains on the bed. Pretty sure I got ate up by bed bugs

The reception smells Indian incense that may not be suitable for every one No kettle, no coffee maker...blanket with cigarette burnt Washroom floor tile too slippery...very dangerous Very bad breakfast ...never been taken care of. Just a bottle milk, juice and a loaf of bread . No hot water ..no water...all machines not working

I didn't like that the screen was torn on the window and it wouldn't lock there was a piece of wood to hold it shut and it wasn't long enough to do that job.

The room was among the worst I have ever stay in the past 20 years. The bed covers and floor had cigarette burns, the wool mid covers on both beds had large visible stains. The window screen was visible ripped. The overall cleanliness was terrible. I purchased a king bed room through a third party and received a two queen bed room due to no availability of the king bed that was prepaid for. I spoke with the staff at check out and seemed very well aware of the horrible condition of the room by telling me they had already ordered new covers for the bedding. I don’t understand why a branded hotel would ever allow for such a dump or the staff would have checked a customer into a room that in the condition. I definitely feel ripped off for having paid the full rate for paying full rate for such poorly maintained room.

This isn't a bad hotel, just dated and getting run-down. Threadbare sheets, decades old bedspreads with holes sewn together, Straight-back "desk chair" as old as me. Don't know if they offer wifi. If they do it has no password at all because it wasn't mentioned at check-in. I understand saving money, but the room AC was completely off when I walked in. Arrived after dark, but room was a sauna (100+F temps that day). I get saving energy, but set units on 80 or something Also, the light should be plugged to the outlet controlled by the entry switch, not the alarm clock. Room was dark and hitting switch killed and reset the clock. I've seen much worse in a budget hotel, nut this one is screaming for a makeover (carpet, bedding, towels). Other atta hotels/motels offer updated facilities for same price point.

Met basic needs. Has fridge. AC unit works once it gets going and not terribly loud for type of unit. Price was okay. Pillows we're good, mattress okay.
