    My room was so dirty I had to mop the floor with a towel because there was so much yuck my feet stuck to it. Half the things didn't work like the phone , t.v and mini Fridge

    Dirty, not safe to stay, lots of noises that you don't know whether somebody is in dangerous or else. The bathroom was so dirty that I was scared to even take a shower. The room door would not close so the employee had to kick out very hard to close. Overall I would never ever stay in this hotel mainly for safety and the things mention before

    Comfy bed.

    Breakfast room was just full of empty containers. Room walls paper thin and shower half broken. Ok to stay but not gonna miss it.

    Shabby, but clean. Needs better maintenance. All the required amenities worked. Good outlets. Slept well. Good parking for our trailer.

    Needs better maintenance. No hot water for tea for breakfast. Didn't sample breakfast. Not the best Super 8.

    I liked that they had hot water, a functional toilet, and working ac/heating.

    It was not a clean room. There were white powder like stains on the floor, black spots on the shower curtain and towels, and bed bugs in the bed.

    They had smoking rooms.

    The safety locks did not work. Not all the lights worked. No elevator. Little creepy crawling things in the room (looked like baby cockroaches). Poor Service in general. Curtain was torn. Dirty floors.

    That I got to leave... horrible experience unfortunately

    I was not a fan of the bed bugs that were crawling on us at almost 1 a.m. I was then told I would be refunded beings that we left immediately after discovering the infestation and it's now almost 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund.

    The staff was nice and the bed was decent.

    There was a hole in the tub that they just put tape over and I found 2 cockroaches.

    Nothing absolutely nothing

    Well for starters the place smelled of cigarettes and what I’m guessing water damage or mold . Refrigerator and microwave filthy so was the bedding. it was nothing like the pictures in booking the owner should fire all his employees. Cause they ain’t doing their job and if the owner is running it themselves you should be ashamed your running a trap house, take it off of booking and let the drug addicts book with you not parents trying to find a decent priced hotel the weekend of the biggest tournament. Hotels price gouging was outrageous in itself but in no way was I paying any amount of money to stay in bed bug moldy straight up filth . At least put clean sheets and pillowcases on the bed and if they’re old and stained or have burn holes in them throw them out and replace them . I’ve worked in hospitality all my life I’ve cleaned condos and hotels. This hotel was absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever seen

    Room was dirty. Old sock from previous person that stayed. Cigarette ash burns in all bedding and floor. Shower had mildew and mold stains. Room was gross enough only stayed one night of the two booked. Booked a different hotel for the second night to avoid staying in the same room
