Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Drive back into town to gas up and eat after getting around the highway median. Insects in room- not roaches, just 10 or so various size shape insects.

United StatesI have never had any issues staying there but this time I had a clogged sink. They tried to fix it the first time and didn’t but left all the black crud in sink. So I called them again and complained then it was finally unclogged after the 3rd day. Also I have never seen so many roaches. Not a good stay. Also it was my birthday and was really upset.

United StatesWe did not like the fact that after writing booked an adjoining room the changed it to a single room cuz our original room had been taken so we ha e a smaller room for the same price. Our TV remote partially worked. And the room keys didn't work. The manager was supposed to bring us 2 more that worked but never came back.
We like the fact that the price was affordable. And that we got our $50 deposit back.
