    The price of our stay

    There were roaches, burn holes in the curtains, the mini fridge was iced over, the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet, there was just cereal for breakfast and a huge dip to get into the driveway.

    Beds were super comfy and pool was great

    The pool is always great

    My earrings were stolen by housekeeping. Diamond earrings. I went back 20 minutes after check out, remembering they were on the nightstand. They were not found.

We do not tolerate theft, and no such incidents have ever been reported to the authorities from our property. As noted in our policies, the hotel cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left behind in guest rooms. We maintain a very active Lost & Found — currently holding items such as phones, laptops, and even a vehicle — which shows our team’s commitment to honesty and returning valuables whenever they are discovered. We regret that this allegation was not reported to management or law enforcement at the time, as we would have fully cooperated in any investigation.     The room was quiet

    The door would not lock when you left the room you could lock from inside but not outside

    FULL OF BEDBUGS

    FULL IF BEDBUGS THAT I HAD TO WAKE THREE TODDLERS UP AT 3am TO LEAVE! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME EVEN THO WE WERE THERE LESS THAN 6 HOURS!!!!

    I didn’t like anything about this property. They said they was going to give me back my deposit because of the bedbugs infestation I got ate alive by.

    I love everything about this place are you kidding me the staff is unbelievable I move back to Tyler now I am looking forward to spending a lot of time here hopefully if anything I pray to get a job here finally anyways yes amazing people

    Absolutely there is nothing not to like about this place you really got to be a hard cruel rude ass excuse my language individual not like this place these folks go Way beyond anything anybody has ever done for anybody I'm telling y'all so let me find out y'all rude to these people I will be there in a heartbeat because this is amazing people here
