Didn't have breakfast. No handicap room with two beds. Wheelchair didn't fit thur bathroom door. I can't walk. No handicap rails. But I made it work

I feel it was over priced mainly due to various sports tournaments in town.

The room needs improvement. The bathroom floor was so sticky, seemed like it wasn't mopped at all. The carpet in the room and hallways were dirty and old. The chairs in the dining room were so stained and dirty. The lobby also needs some work.

There was a strong smell of something in my room. I wouldn’t describe it as room spray it was like strong carpet cleaner or deodorizer of some sort. Not stinky but unpleasant for my liking.

I liked that there is a lot of parking available.

It smelt like cigarette smoke in one of the stairways

I accidentally left my car keys in the door, the staff tracked me down to give my car keys back. The staff was prompt on refilling the breakfast items.

PARKING was terrible. Mother is handicapped and had to park too far away in gravel. Not very wheelchair friendly. Needed another night and was told one price, but when checked in banking, $30 extra was taken out. Supposedly, I had to check out completely and then recheck in to get the other price.

This is our second stay. I typically come I to town once a month. This time, the room was really dirty and ran down. The bathroom paint job wasn't finished. The bottom of the tub was black, so I was unable to relax and take a bath. The window was broken and taped up with packing tape. This room definitely needs to be addressed and deep cleaned.

Price was reasonable. The king bed was comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning in the main Lobby or anywhere in the building. We had air conditioning in our rooms but had to clean my own filter,I stayed there 6 days for my mom's passing and couldn't clean two of the filters because they wouldn't come out because they was to full of lint and to old.My TV remote wouldn't work because the batteries were so Corroded.

I was thankful that they had Availability and close to the highway.

The breakfast area was run down .Furniture was worn and chairs stained and dirty.Took our food back to the room to eat. The breakfast itself was not that great either nor was the coffee .If you’re going to advertise breakfast included make it decent or don’t offer it at all .It’s one of the last things your customers remember about your property.

The only negative was the actual bed itself. We stayed in a single queen room. The bed was broken down and lacked comfort and support. Unfortunately, we both didn't sleep well and woke up unrested with back pain and body stiffness.

Best customer service I have received at any hotel in Yakima over the past few months. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Never once felt like I was putting them out, just by checking in. The lobby was clean but overly hot... the air-conditioning couldn't keep up with the traffic and 100+ degree weather. Thankfully, the room was nice and cool when we got there.

The motel has not been modernized since the 80-90's, and really needs some fresh paint, new decor and remodeling. The breakfast was very limited and was not kept neat and clean. Many signs were put up in the motel referring to the importance of keeping personal belongings safe, doors locked etc - made us wonder whether the place was safe...?

Being a " gold " member through Priceline ( which I booked through ) There are certain guest perks mentioned . These " perks " have never really been offered or honored. I also did not like the fact that I had to pay a 200 cash deposit , in order to obtain the room. Even after the fact that I have numerous previous stays. I would like to note though that the deposit was always given back, without question upon checkout.

Pleasant, accommodating staff. Eager to lend a helping hand , yet enforce and abide the hotel rules and regulations ( which keep everything flowing correctly within the hotel at a daily pace.)

Shower didn’t work. Handle did not function to let proper amount of water to flow. Breakfast was meager. Went to restaurant for meal.

The rooms was grate I love the breakfast was amazing the pool was freezing buse it broke Staff was nice.They gave us extra towels when we needed it.I would definitely recommend it again
