Found 2 roaches in room. I had called prior to booking the room to ask if pets were allowed. They told me yes, then when we tried to stay again they wanted to charge us deposit because they don’t allow pets. They’re breakfast was old juice and oatmeal

When I walked into the room, there was scuff marks all over the trim. There was also interesting stains on the walls. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. the bottom of the tub was questionable. I’ve paid lower for a cleaner looking motel. (NOTE: the sheets were washed, and the floor was mopped before we went in… The only issue was the walls and the bathroom.)

The staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk lady was very kind. The location was also very good however, there was a lot of interesting people around(possibly unhoused).

The room had very large numbers engraved on the floor that nobody bothered to paint over it or better yet cover it somehow. The numbers were 666. It made me very uneasy staying there. Also I could not understand the lady at the front desk. Not friendly at all, never smiled.

The first evening, the guests either next to us, or above us engaged in a very loud, aggressive argument. F-bombs abundant not pleasant. Unfortunately, by the second night, my spouse had a medical emergency and was admitted to ER. I returned to your facilities for the night. The neighboring guests fought continually, a lady was crying hysterically, and people were bouncing off the walls. I finally took refuge in the bathtub, expecting shots to be fired. I did not call it in for fear they would redirect their anger to me. The next day, when I was notified that I could pick up my spouse, I discovered the shower was broken. He had been exposed to contagious diseases, and we could not even shower. I was more than happy to leave.

Location. When visiting the area the location is central to our activities, and has always been a good choice for us.

The staff are friendly. . The location is near a shopping center and food place. The room was clean and quiet. I would recommend to friends and family. My next visit to the area i will surely book.

The manager was very unreasonable and actually rude and condescending, after staying ten days straight in a mid tier room I had trouble with my debit card, my banks whole system had crashed and was out of my control and impossible to prepare for. I woke up expecting to just pay another day as I had been doing, however the manager was totally confrontational about it and condescending and even threatened to call police because I was taking a long time to check out. I was there ten days and not planning to leave so I wasn't nearly ready to check out, I expressed that it was a problem out of my control and even showed him my bank statement highlighting the necessary funds were in there. He didn't care at all and only became more aggressive. I didn't receive my deposit back despite leaving the room in perfect shape and I ended up going to a different motel later that day once my debit card was working again. Based on this experience I will not return to that location and another one also partners with Wyndham which Ill tell you about in that motels email

The roaches and the fact that the female behind the counter had said I didn't pay the extra 50$ deposit, but I know for a fact that the white chubby guy who works nights had said i was paying a deposit an that I'd get it back during checkout, i asked so i think she just kept for herself! I paid 197 cash

There was some awful tenants screaming and doing drugs in the middle of the night keeping us up. The rooms weee old, falling apart and not well ventilated.

It was close to the funeral we came here for. The kids enjoyed the pool to cool off.
