Poorly lit and is an older built property. Property had the Baseline amenities to qualify for quality advertisement on all the internet booking websites.

Easy access to the property. The external property was clean and safe. Although it is an older built property, the owner made a good faith effort to modernize the property and rooms to fulfill the basic necessities of a weary traveler or family. The room was fresh smelling and well organized. The bed was comfortable, had a large flat screen television; mini fridge; microwave, and coffee maker.

The check in customer service was absolutely horrible. The old man that checked us in was so rude because he didn’t know how to find our reservation. He yelled at us for using booking.com and he said that made it difficult for him to find our reservation. I’ve NEVER had any issues with my reservation through booking.com. His attitude was atrocious, they need to keep him in the back and not allow him to interact with customers because he’s a nightmare. He’s the last person you want to see when you’re tired and trying to check in to your room.

The location was great. Near the highway and close to a gas station. This is helpful since we were just driving thru and needed somewhere quick to sleep.

The pool area was used to store old carpet and other unsightly items. There was stuff in the bottom of the pool. Didn't look very clean.

We heard the highway traffic most of the night. The room had some very noticeable repairs needed and the carpet wasn't well vacuumed or clean as looking around the corners and spaces behind furniture found cobwebs and dirt.

The cost was reasonable and the overall facilities were good. Was happy to see breakfast was free.

The property desperately needs renovation. There was mold on the walls in the hallway and pool area. Carpet was not vacuumed on the stairwell.The breakfast was poor. Garbage was not emptied at the entrance.

Breakfast was yucky. The room key/card quit working twice. Several times when I went to the desk to get that fixed or ask questions no one was there. A semi truck was parked next to my room with the engine running all night, it was impossible to sleep. Bathroom floor linoleum was cut in several places, fingernail polish on the floor, moldy dirty along edge of tub. Sink faucet leaked, sprayed water everywhere

Found a pair of underwear / bikini bottoms on the back of the bathroom door which only leads me to believe that the room was not cleaned very well. There were only six items in the vending machines

Breakfast!!

The breakfast was probably one of the worst so far on our travels.The coffee was empty; had to go to the front office and ring a buzzer to request coffee.Juice was almost out.All that was available was a fruit cup and a cereal. The beds were clean, however,as well as the room. Quite a few customers came into the kitchenette,took a look around and left…no buns, no toast…

The carpet shows wear. My room was Missing an outlet cover. And my key card stopped working two days in a row.

It was dirty and the AC didn't work. Broken smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Wallpaper peeling. Smelled stale and as if someone smoked up a storm. Bathroom was gross.

Shower washed the wall and curtain but not me. There was vomit on the wall near the table. TV remote didn't work with the TV. Pool and hot tub heaters weren't working. Pool area was dirty with beer bottles and dirty food plates evrywhere. We checked out in less than an hour. Promised a refund that haven't been done. I've been trying all week to contact manager but been given the run around. It's better sleeping in my car than at this dive!
