Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe sheets were scratchy. There was no elevator so you had to walk all your stuff upstairs. The walls needed to be cleaned with a damp cloth. There was coffe stains on our wall. But overall I have stayed at worse. It got the job done which was a place to sleep with my pets.
It was close to 2 restaurants. The sheets looked clean. The lobby was clean. The staff were really nice.

United StatesThis is a tired hotel in desperate need of renovation. There were carpet stains in the hallways, cheap bedspreads, bad curtains. The bed was comfortable, and they permitted pets. But during four nights of traveling across the country, this was the worst - and most expensive - hotel I stayed in.
Nice receptionist and they allow pets.

United StatesChecking was slow & there was a $50 pending fee charged to my credit card for "incidentals" that I was not informed about at the time of checking. I had to ask about it. Breakfast is hot waffles or cold cereal....typical super 8 breakfast.
Building is off the road so there is less noise. Room was comfortable. No issues during our stay.

United StatesThe owners/management need to learn the ADA laws - or they're eventually going to run into a lawsuit. Very bad form. Especially upon being told that a service dog was with a (recently) retired combat medic & veteran of almost 20 years - with several deployments under their belt. 🤬 Federal and State ADA laws trump your business's policies and procedures. These laws were hard fought for & hard won for a reason. Like them or not, we shouldn't have to keep fighting. Especially NOT our Veterans, for goodness sake? If you're open to the public, please learn the individual Federal AND your State's ADA laws? Also note: Whichever laws best protect the disabled persons are the prevailing laws. The last company that attempted discrimination against us had to pay (thousands) to professionally train their store supervisors and managers on ADA laws and learning the difference between pets, ESA's, Companion Animals and Service (Working) Animals (trained & IN training) - across ALL of their chains and in several states. 🤔 Again - you don't get to decide to selectively comply with these laws. Those of us needing Working Animals are aware of those who abuse the laws and 'educate' them regularly. In the future, I hope that if a Veteran with a Service Dog in tow wants to rent a hot tub room (literally to soak away some physical pain and memories caused by saving lives in war zones), maybe thank them for their service & sacrifices, instead of saying nah or trying to deny them access (because no dogs in rooms with a fancy tub) or that you don't charge others for (fees)? You're either in compliance or you're not. Period. *Aside from having to deal with some willful ignorance relating to "pet" fees after check out, it was a pleasant stay.* Also - I'm not personally a Veteran. I just love one (several, actually). They wrote a blank check for us. It's OUR turn to honor that however possible.
Convenient location. Clean. Quiet.
