No hot tub it was out of order, sauna was broke. Nobody told us about where our room was located or what time breakfast was. But it was posted. The breakfast could have been set up different. Because there's like thirty people all at once Trying to get something eat and it's just not a good setup. Food was gross. The floor in the pool area was missing pieces and I almost cut my foot. The rail to get in the pool was busted off. So very dangerous. I didn't report anything to anybody because nobody would communicate anyways with us. Floor was dirty in our room

Only nitpick was under room amenities it said coffee maker when the only coffee was in the public area near the breakfast.This can lead to disappointment so I recommend addressing it with super 8 tec department can contact Booking and find out why that is happening.

Cleaness was to my expectation. Did a last minute booking so we had to wait but that is what cellphones are for.

Given an uncleaned room at first. The pillows were on the floor, hair on toilet and in bathtub. Garbage in garbage bin. Again, the room wasn't even serviced but we were given it upon arrival. So we exchanged rooms, second room had a stain on sheet and a hair,, housekeeping changed sheet. Room was on the smaller side. Attached pics of dirty room.

Comfortable king bed! Value. This hotel will save you a few hundred dollars. It has a pool.

Really only complaint would be the pillows are not comfortable, bring your own.

Very convenient to everything. Nice walkin area. Room was clean. Beds were soft. Has refrig and micro in the room. Didn't smell like weed walking down the halls. Didn't utilize breakfast being there were allot of people there. Same with the pool. But they looked nice! Staff was friendly.

The biggest disappointment I had with the hotel was the pool area! I don't mean that it was bad, I mean that it had so much potential to be one of my favorites and it failed... And underwater light had been removed from its position in the wall and sat up on the edge of the pool. This really detracted from the quality of the area. There was also large sections of the concrete steps that had been knocked out and never repaired. The overall room had a beautiful aesthetic, but it was never maintained. Filling some of the imperfections and painting the room would have made It outstanding! There was a facilities for showering in the corner of the room, but the shower head wouldn't stay in place and the drain was so slow that it puddled. Not a quality maintenance bell ringer! There was a nice looking sauna just off the pool area, but it was out of order! The hot tub was functional, but disappointing. Instead of having Jets like a typical hot tub would have it just pump the water in and let it bubble up to the surface. Extremely disappointing!!

The staff at the front desk was totally outstanding! Very friendly, helpful and outgoing. The layout of the building is one of the best I've ever seen. Everything is well designed and convenient. The hotel is located conveniently close to attractions, yet far enough away that they don't interfere with your down time.

our bathroom door was broken could not lock and went down for a breakfast all they had was hot coffee and hot water no fresh water and the juice machine was broken so there was no juice to drink

No place to hang your clothes in the room. Room was in need of maintenance. Sink faucet was loose and tub did not drain.
