I had requested early check in and a room for a disabled person way ahead of time. I booked the room for Aug 31st way back on April 30th. The front desk clerk told us upon arrival that she only had a second floor room available. I asked if we could go to a restaurant and come back if she might be able to save a first floor room. She said that she was expecting a full house and could not guarantee anything. I had to attend a wedding at 4pm and I was very anxious knowing how difficult steps would be. I went outside to think and asked the maid if there were ground room floor units available. She said there were three. She came into the office with us and the clerk still begrudgingly gave the room. Thanks to the maid who helped us!!

I liked the convenience of parking right outside of room, the WiFi was excellent. The maid was very friendly and very helpful in obtaining a room for early check in.

We had a large wet spot on the carpet in front of the fridge that was unavoidable to walk through. One of our beds wasn't on the stand or the stand wasn't together correctly and getting in it almost caused it to flip. Our room also had a couple holes in the wall and where the cable came out for the TV the wall cover was pulled with it leaving it exposed. The floor lamp was also snapped in half and just barely resting on itself with a small peice of wood trying to old it together

The bathroom had a floorboard stripping falling off the wall. The bathtub was dirty along the floor and walls.

It had a very nice bed to sleep in, nice conveniences such as microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker. The bathroom needed some work but was still functional

The stench as I entered the room was awlful. I had to leave the door open for awhile, to air it out. I sprayed my perfume all around the room, but didn't help very much. I then sprayed my scented hair spray, and blew that around with my little, personal fan & applied Vicks to my nose to be able to stay in that room. 2 dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. Hair all over the bathroom floor, so I put the bath mat down, so we didn't have to put our feet on a very dirty floor. I wore my crocs up until I was ready to go to bed (which I had already checked for bed bugs, as I always do, wherever I go). I pulled the bed cover off & laid them on the floor. The bed was very lumpy but the sheets were clean. The threshold did not look inviting, as you can see where it had been forced open, before. The dust beside the refrigerator was about a inch thick. Floor could have been vacuumed a bit better. I did wipe off the remote before we really used it cuz you could see sticky stuff on it. My hubby used the blanket & pillows, but I had brought my own. The TV channel sheet could be wiped off ( I did) and brought up to date. There was a stain on the chair seat which could easily been removed. There is too much furniture for such a small room. All the rooms need a deep cleaning in Spring & Fall. Your housekeeping staff need to be trained the proper way to service & clean each room. I had reservations for 2 rooms. I know there was underwear, from the prior guest, left in my other rooms bathroom.

Your location was ideal. The room having iron & board. The basket for the towels was nice. The area was quiet.

Our ceiling started leaking a large amount of water at 1 am. We were offered a room change but it was too late to wake my family and move, the water stopped.

we stopped at the motel at about 2 pm to let them know we were in town, knowing that it was too early to check in we wee told as long as we checked in by 3:00 am we would be good. we got there at about 2:00am. it took a half hour to get room keys because the attendant did not know ho to check people in and had to wake up a manager

Very reasonable price for the area. Clean, great check in. It was fast and friendly. I did not eat any breakfast but it was all set out and ready to go and other people were enjoying breakfast sandwiches, pastries and coffee. There was fruit and yogurt as well. It was quiet and overall a great stay!

Bathroom was tiny. Fan in bathroom was very loud and light couldn't be used without the fan on with it. Lobby very small also. Very basic continental breakfast with no frills which was located within the small lobby. Felt expensive for what you were getting but then again everywhere was expensive to rent... Almost like summer prices probably because of the fall colours.

Clean. We had a suite (room 200) so it was nice to have the two rooms/2 beds/2 TVs. Otherwise the room would have felt pretty small. Pool was small but decent for our small children and area clean.
