I'd like to see that the hotels that require a deposit be sure to advertise that so that we all know. Not everyone can accommodate that. I can but the man before us walked out because he didn't have enough to cover it and the rate he was quoted for a room was much higher than what we were paying having taken a reservation.

Picnic tables directly outside of the rooms. They could be further away as there appeared to be plenty of space. Made it a bit hard to get to sleep with all the laughing & drinking.

Room was clean & comfortable. A new clerk was checking me in & needed some help, but thats understandable. The room needed some minor touch ups, but this is the time of year you do those things. Overall, if I'm back in the area I will for sure stay here again!

The remotes for the TV did not work. When you turned on the bathroom light the noise from the fan in the light was loud and disrupted. The free breakfast was not sufficient.

Wasn't able to participate in the breakfast. It was just waffles and toast and the owner was using the waffle maker for themselves making multiple waffles so I left.

Needed a second night stand. And need to supply tissues in bathroom. Asked for 1st floor if no elevator. Didn't tell me that room with the three beds was only pn second floor with no elevator until I was checking in. Since it was only for one night, we were ok with that.

Good location and a quiet room. They were able to accommodate a room with three queen beds and had sufficient toiletries for 3 people.

The tables in the breakfast area were sticky and there was no one there or anything available to wipe off the spilled syrup.

The desk clerk was friendly and checked to see if we were eligible for hotel points.

Expected to have a decent breakfast so I could do the things I had to do and have the energy to do them.

The location was fine. The breakfast was poor. They only had waffles juice that they ran out of and bread and two types of cereal. I was disappointed in the super eight the other super eight that I stayed at had pancakes and bagels and sausage and yogurt and a few other things. I thought that this one would have the same.

Toilet was plugged the entire time we were there. Breakfast was bread, waffles or cereal and nothing else. Milk was spoiled.

Not much variety for hot breakfast. I requested a jacuzzi room so I could have a relaxing wknd away to myself and the plug for the drain didn't fit so I spent more time trying to keep it filled up then enjoying it.

It was clean and the room was as expected. The breakfast was Continental, but very good. I guess there was nothing exceptional, but it was a decent place. The pricing is a little higher than they should have been, for Fort Dodge.

The room was musty. It smelled as though the carpet had been wet. The guests above us had a lot of people in the room, and they were up at 5:00 am both days. Saturday, the room next door to ours was having work done. The work started before 8:00am. There was no courtesy for those around. Hammering, drilling banging...

I requested a king suite and was put into a two queen room. Think that was because I requested a first floor if possible. After complaining, they put us into a king suite. The suite portion consisted of a love seat and no other furnishings other than a non-operational pole floor lamp. I was charged a $4 fee for which I have no idea what it was for. I was also charged for a $20 pet fee. The listing did say that they were ok with pets, but did not say that there was a charge for it.

You get what you pay for. Clean, but not a 3 star.
