United StatesThe breakfast. I went at about 8:30 and there were frozen toaster waffles, no other type of pastries, coffee with cream but no sugar. I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
The room was clean but the sofa had what looked like a blood stain on it. Very close to the highway which was very convenient especially with the bad weather.

CanadaThe staff isn't very friendly and professional. My flight was late and I arrived hotel in the early morning of Dec. 16th while the scheduled check in was Dec 15. The staff didn't check my booking at first and told me the check-in should be next day. I insisted the check-in was scheduled on Dec. 15 and it's unfair to let me wait until tomorrow. Finally he found my booking in its system and checked in for me.
Location is great because it's close to the train and bus station.

United StatesHad me booked for a smoking room, which it was not. They immediately switched it to a non-smoking room and gave me a room at the front of the building rather than the back, thankfully. Transients had a tendency to loiter at the front door to the lobby, which was a bit unnerving. They never caused any trouble and did not bother me but never the less did make me feel uncomfortable. The couch/pull out bed was broken down, Virtually cushions with no stability. You sat on them and hit the frame underneath. No side arm rest on one side. Graffiti on the picture above the bed. The bedding was stained and pillow case dirty. When I brought it to the desk's attention, he took care of it promptly. The room had an ill fitted ironing board cover with no iron in the holder. The hair drier came un-installed from the wall when used. Bathroom floor dirty in the corners. Towels like sandpaper and very small. Air-condition work well to keep the room cool. Maid service was good. Always took care of my coffee needs and were very nice.
My stay was adequate but could have been better. The grounds were clean except for the beer cans laying on the greenway in front of my truck. I was pleased to see the police patrol on a regular basis through the property to keep the riff raff under control at the back hotel rooms. Looked as though drug dealing going on at side of the building???? Pool was very clean, however pool locked so it was unavailable for use. It was very quiet.

HungaryThe upper light in the room didn't work. It was supposed to be non smoking, but it was stinking of smoke. Breakfast included pathetic. At the self service breakfast there were 2 slices of bread, some walfers, no butter, no jam, no cereal, milk all gone, coffee as well, no tea... actually harly can call it breakfast or food at all. Dirty kitchen.
Comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Coffee, toiletries.
