Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no small table & chairs in the room or a dresser. And there is no swimming pool.

Only dislike we had was on our last night, Friday, there were some disrespectful people that played very loud, booming music which was disturbing til late in evening..
Everything was very clean..Excellent breakfast with many choices. Plenty of hot water on upper level. Great ice machine. Air conditioner worked very well in the terrible heat. Very comfortable beds. Good coffee in room..

I had a hiccup to where I was doubled book, so that was a little frustrating. Took a bit to get refunded back.
I liked how the fridge was bigger than the usual mini fridge size. You have a stove and a sink. The room had a lot of room. Stand in shower was awesome.

Noisy other guest late through the night.. Not a complaint ,rather a reality. I
Enjoyed the scrambled eggs,toast and sausage No complaints , and sausage gravy and biscuits would be a nice addition.

Booked first night for $66 would not take the other three nights with my wife's giving her card over the phone. Went back through booking and the last three nights was over $590 totall

Located off the main drag. No threshold under the door so there's a big gap under it.

Slightly disappointing look from outside( looks like a normal motel/parking lot setting…. But that belies how beautiful and clean and comfortable the room turned out to be!!!!!!!
Super clean, newly painted, super comfy bed, friendly front desk. Breakfast had hot items and much variety!!!

The floors were dirty and needed much attention. Smoking on the balconies and cigarette butt containers outside the doors. Lady at the desk was there until 11 p.m. but stated not to call here after 11 unless the building was burning down.
The beds were comfortable and the room was mostly clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was ok, but not overly friendly. The location was good. We were moved from the second floor to the first floor because there were no elevators. We requested rooms near each other and that was done.

Felt like it was in a back alley... the floors were so dirty I don't think they have been cleaned in quite some time... eggs and sausage were cold, I think they just pulled it out of frig... staff was friendly, but definitely would not stay there again.

Hotel was dirty, the floor has never been cleaned. Our feet were black after 5 minutes of being in the room. The beds were not comfortable. Curtains didn’t keep enough light out. The door also doesn’t seal well, you can pull on it and it goes back and forth, it had a big gap all the way around, letting all the street lights in and the breeze. The metal door frame was also cracked, looks like someone tried to break in the room previously.
Location was great for rod run, right on the strip. Shower was very big and had great water pressure. Large fridge and counter top stove. (Didn’t use)
