The only thing that I didn't like was the showers. When constructing the showers I don't think they thought it through much when putting the glass, they only have a half glass for the shower. The water pressure of the shower is so strong that the water starts to come out of the shower and by the time you finish showering there is a huge puddle of water in the shower area. I had to lay down towels and then ream out the towels full of water after every shower. For future i think they should just put a full glass to cover the whole entire shower area.

The location was perfect close to everything important, and the room was nice and clean.

Common areas need deep cleaned and freshened up. Paint that isn’t just slopped on, etc. The entry is unappealing

The construction on the property…no warning whatsoever…should not have to walk through work areas…staff was not courteous, no eye contact, no “ Hello! How are you doing today?…”…nothing…no professionalism in acknowledging customers and in dress…front desk personnel should always be required to present themselves properly.

The shower was dirty. I had to rinse it. The body wash was empty. The door was very hard to open with key, and it was very heavy to open and would slam shut.

It was close to everything. The bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and adequate. We asked for a quiet area but there were people running back and forth to each others room for a few hours being noisy till after midnight. Seemed to be a heavily occupied area.

Room was dusty. Old soap left on shampoo in shower. Breakfast was sparce, items needed replacing. Not good value for money

We were off to a bad start from the beginning as they gave us a 1st floor unit on parking lot despite our reservation being a pricier 2nd floor unit. Motel was overpriced and understaffed - we did not get room service (beds weren't made, bins not emptied, towels not replenished) despite our requesting it. Management was not particularly pleasant or friendly, which is surprising for a business. They even criticized their own staff. Biggest concern was quality concern: The metal towel rack above the toilet was overloaded and fell down and the bar hit the back of my head. Suggests shoddy construction. (also, one nightstand table next to the bed was very wobbly). We had a booking for 3 nights. Given the issues, we were reimbursed for 1 which was fair.

Conveniently located to downtown Scottsdale. Comfortable bed. A very basic breakfast was offered, given the rate, but better than nothing.

Construction made finding the entrance difficult and the stairwell outside was not very well lit.

keurig cart was not situated near an outlet. had to move bed over & move cart to a wall with outlet, then it didn't work well at all. no matter how much water i added, it only produced 1/2 cup of coffee. very small bathroom! some noise from airport.

clean room. great size fridge n freezer is a huge plus!!! nice size sink with faucet n sprayer! adequate cold breakfast. microwave in room! location was great with walking access to restaurants & stores.
