Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI'm not sure what kind of vehicles they expect to be parking in their lot, but it was almost impossible for us to get out of our vehicle once parked. And, we have only a midsize. Would make good motorcycle parking spaces, though.
The price was very reasonable. Although we patronized none, there were many interesting businesses close by. We only needed a bed for the night, and that's all we expected. We were not disappointed. We didn't use it, but an elevator was available.

The door to bathroom was old with signs of wear at the bottom and the toilet paper role holder was damaged, but that was no big deal as there was a toilet paper. roll There was no available soap for the sink area so we were glad we had some of our own, but there was soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Parking was pretty tight with very little space between cars--quite a squeeze.
Nice man who checked us in explained clearly how to work the water faucet in the bath and turn on the TV so I wouldn't have any problems once in the room. Very friendly. Rules for parking were well-stated, and we appreciated having a place to park for free. Very little noise: we had a very peaceful sleep. Very clean room! Smells, looks, seems spotless. Enough towels. We liked having both a microwave and fridge. Happy with location. Bus stop was right in front and not far from other routes we noticed. Close to Marina district and Presidio. Overall, good value for a safe, older motel that is clean and has parking.
