The picture of the property appears to be ocean front, actually if you looked down the road Haystack Rock was visible. Location is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants , shopping. Recently remodeled with modern touches. Large bathroom and new smart TV. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful

Loved it!

The room was very nice with a great view of the ocean off our balcony. The hotel offers different activities for guests including a nightly bonfire on the beach with s-mores which is very popular. They provide chairs and towels for use on the beach. It is also walking distance to the Cannon Beach shopping/eating main strip which offers tons of selection.

The location was amazing. Wonderful views and easy access to the Beach. And the Pelican brewery taproom was close, and the Wayfarer was terrific.

Cold weather, which no one could control.

Staff was great, very accommodating we had 2 rooms and had a minor issue and they were there within 5 minutes to fix it. Room was comfortable, spacious, beds were comfortable, and view was ok. Rooms were located in building north of main building on beach our building was situated a few feet to the rear of the main one blocking view of Haystack Rock.

Parking was a bit difficult

Gorgeous location right on the sand at Cannon Beach - beautiful views from our balcony. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Convenient location.

Amenities were great. Little extras offered like canvas windbreaks and umbrellas on the beach, staff offered cookies, and individual beach campfire with wood and smores. Nice touches.

The parking lot filled up quickly, but there was an overflow lot a few feet away, which was helpful.

The room was stunning. The 3:30 cookies were delicious. The sunsets from our balcony were beautiful. The location, near the beach and town, was ideal. We didn't bring our dogs with us on this trip, but loved how dog-friendly the property seemed to be.

The UI for the tablet was a little confusing to try and use, could not figure out how to augment our stay with a campfire on the beach using the tablet for example. Staff were very helpful though.

The bedroom that was facing the hall way had a window that technically passerby can see through. And the curtains for that particular window was clear, so you can't even block it.

Loved the staff and the extra touch of 1) robe and sand toys for my kid 2) welcome drinks 3) afternoon cookies. The staff was very friendly and helped us set up chairs by the beach. They also helped clean out the sandy area in front of our room.

N/A. It met and exceeded my expectations and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Easy access to the beach, comfortable bed, super friendly and engaging staff, options to participate in activities, nice accommodations, easy parking, felt very safe, well lit, within walking distance to everything. Overall was a phenomenal location, would stay there again if I ever get out that way in the future.

My only complaint was the parking lot paving going on was noisy and made parking difficult.
