The mattress wasn’t very comfortable

The grounds were so nice, the pool was a good size, the hot tub was nice and hot. The location was perfect being right across the street from the beach.

No laundry in unit, the closet door in one bedroom needs to be replaced, off hinge and hard to use.

Need to include instructions for how to lock the door upon leaving the condo, it was not self-explanatory and we had to call for help.

Very nice condo with everything we needed for a couple of night's stay. Location was great, easy walk to the beach. Beautiful grounds and amenities as well. The best part was the friendliness of other residents and guests, it was very welcoming!

We arrived and found that the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, so we had to wash them before we could even use them. Then, a couple nights through the week, the people above us were making extremely loud banging noises and much more.

The location of the condo. It's great that it had a pool and hot tub. Extremely close access to the beach within walking distance. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Sofas had a lot to be desired in Condo #102. In fact, they were worn out. I wouldn't give them to the homeless people they were so worn out. Condo #301 was hard to get up straight up stairs. It was not for older people or those with breathing issues. learned a lot on our first stay!

No breakfast. Cooked our own. Liked the courtyard & pool area. Convenient to beach. Bed was comfortable.

broken sofa that is also worn bare down to the springs/ wood. no way to sleep on it(it’s supposed to fold out) due to springs in your back. missing a Leg. I have seen other reviews mentioning the sofa yet owners have done nothing about it which says a lot about them

I didn't like that blinds were missing and bent in the living room and first bedroom. The missing blinds in the living room caused people from the back of the apartment to be able to look into the apartment. Luckily, there was a blanket at the apartment I could put over the large window. Also, the bathroom tub's knob had nasty looking brown stuff in it and the shower head had a lot of white calcium buildup.

I loved that is was near the beach and tourist's attractions.

The parking is not very good. They said only one car per unit is allowed. However, someone there had 2-3 cars parked, making it very hard for us and another couple to get in and out. I reported it, but nothing was done Also, there were supposedly no parties allowed, but these same people were having one. Again, nothing was done. Also, no washers or dryers in the units, and the laundromat there it too expensive, but we had no choice. And the last thing is, if you plan to use charcoal to cook out, you will get fined! No charcoal allowed on the property! Luckily, someone told us about that! All in all, it really is a good place to stay!

Ohmygoodness!! We absolutely loved how close to the beach it was! The palm trees, the hibiscus plants, ALL the tropical plants in the courtyard were so beautiful!! It was truly a tropical paradise!

Bed was super uncomfortable and so were the couches. We only slept a few hours and had to wake up because our backs were hurting.
