Stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was amazing , hot tub was used alot the views from the balcony were amazing , just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg your close enough to everything but also far enough away that your still vacationing in nature and with privacy. Loved it would definitely stay here again

Just totally my preference, but the beds were a little too soft. But did not effect my stay or enjoyment.

Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle with a magnificent view but a quick drive to the main strip for food, shopping, entertainment and the mountains. Highly recommended taking a jeep tour, David our guide was amazing. The Apple Barn, the Titanic, the Pirate show, the Old Mill, the aquarium in Gatlinburg, ALL fantastic!!

So when I rented this property I didn’t know it was gonna be Vacasa if so I wouldn’t have even rented this. I’ve heard awful reviews for the app Vacasa and that was proven to be more true than anything. When we got to the property the air conditioning upstairs wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working either something that I picked out because I wanted one for my honeymoon. Also not to mention that there was trash everywhere and the doors didn’t even lock even when shut and locked you could pull it right open. I also think the property manager needs to never rent this scam of a place out again. Also just when you thought it couldn’t get worse the dryer didn’t even dry even after running for 3 hours the downstairs bed was the worst also I’ve never been happier than to check out and drive home. The Vacasa customer service was also the worst and I had to keep call to report issues and I begged to get another cabin and I was just refused and honestly can see why people hate Vacasa so do your self a favor and don’t rent this property or any off of Vacasa.

Well it’s very hard to find using a gps, upon arrival we noticed the hot tub didn’t work. Reached out to Vacasa (the company) was told someone would be with me. Never heard anything. Water was leaking in the bathroom, which lead into the microwave. I reached out to vacasa again because the upstairs heating pump wasn’t working. I was told to cut it off and cut It back on of course that didn’t work. It got to 90 at one point. I was told the rest of my vacation that someone would be there. No one ever came! The water pressure is terrible! No pots or pans really. Be careful using the downstairs fan because the blades are ready to fly off. The cabin itself self wasn’t bad just needed more cleaning and more upkeep. No batteries in the remotes upstairs, unplugged from the wall. Also the dryer barely worked! I recommend looking elsewhere or not booking with Vacasa at all!!!! Horrible customer service!

I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t ready when we arrived, we had to call to have it cleaned and filled, we also were not aware the swimming pool had a code for the door which we never received until I called, and the upstairs bathroom shower had a continuous leak so it dripped non stop

There are some issues that need to be fixed. There was a water leak in the kitchen coming from the second floor in front of the fridge. The blind in the hallway was broken & should be replaced. The toilet on the second floor was broken & needed repairing. I wouldn't stay again.

When we first arrived there were probably more than 20 bumblebees swarming the cabin. We couldn’t sit outside the cabin to enjoy the view and to get our bags in, one of us had to stand at the door while the other ran back and forth to the cabin with bags. We did call about the bees which they told us they’d send someone to look into it, not sure if they ever did. The temps lowered which I think is why they disappeared until it warmed up again. The air hockey had some broken pieces. The blinds were messed up in a few places. The TV remotes barely worked, I had to press the same button about 10 times to get is working. The hot tub had several things floating around in it, so we never got in it. We ended up having a Thunderstorm and water started pouring in down the second floor wall to the first floor, we had to use all our towels to soak up the water traveling down the walls and across the floors. Every night I heard noises in the downstairs bathroom, turned out to be a mouse because we found mouse poop.

The view was exceptional, the location was perfect.
