Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesYour organization's data cannot be pasted here. This hotel is more than just clean, spacious rooms at a phenomenal price point. Sedona is nice. However, if you get tired of the touristy interaction and treatment and you're looking for a GREAT place to stay, you definitely need to check out the Taawaki Inn in Clarksdale, just 20 miles from Sedona. This place was phenomenal and their pet friendly policy met the approval of our Labradoodle. The hotel is a year old and absolutely spotless!! Super friendly staff that treated us like family. The complimentary breakfast had so many "freshly made" options we couldn't believe it was complimentary. Lori Reinhold the Sales and catering manager, took the time to indulge my girlfriend's curiosities regarding the many breakfast options, the hotel theme, and things to do in the area.. With all the positive variables I experienced this equation is simple.. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!

United StatesMy only problem was the bed has a sharp corners. I ran into it, several times have a big bruise on my left leg. I suggest they put bumpers on corners. We were in a handicap room.
The location. They have a great view. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly.

United StatesI didn’t like that the television didn’t come with Netflix or overall any other streaming platform.
It was very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast they provided as well as the mini market. I liked that they provided little amenities in the room. It came with its own A/c which was a plus. It also had a quick check in and check out. THEY GAVE US COMPLIMENTARY TISSUES.

United StatesI understand your new and not all staff are local, but, most of your guests are definitely not local. Maybe, encourage desk employee, male to do some homework on attractions, business's in area while it's slow at night....
Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Love the shop and the employees in there were very friendly.

United StatesThe inadequate lighting in the sleeping area and kitchenette. It was fine in the entryway and in the bathroom, there wasn’t enough lighting in the bed area, and I found myself having to use the flashlight that’s part of my cell phone to see things. The two small lights to the side of the bed weren’t enough to see much more in the room, and the desk lamp next to the TV did not add much.. There is no lighting around the refrigerator and coffee pot. If I was gonna stay there for more than a few days, I would’ve gladly gone to the store and bought more lighting, and left it there for the next person sleeping there. But that was my only trouble with the room. Everything else was A+. As I said above, the staff there was EXCELLENT!
very clean, good amenities, wide assortment of things to eat for breakfast, but most of all: great staff working in (and running) the hotel.

United StatesThe only drawback that I didn't like was that they didn't have ironing boards in the room.
Clean, quiet and so relaxing! It is located right smack dab between Jerome and Sedona to allow you to decompress from the craziness of both places. This is a true Boutique Hotel in my opinion and a Hidden Gem

United StatesOnly complaint was the choice of breakfast items. As a diabetic there wasn't many protein options available and a lot of breads/sweets were served. Still enjoyed breakfast, just wish it had a little more options to choose from.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful! My room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Loved the high ceilings and the heaviness of the entry door. Felt secure and safe. The hotel staff are very friendly and had recommendations of what places to check out. Would definitely stay there again.

United StatesIf you look at some of my other reviews I've been very critical of places we've stayed, but the only thing I did not like about this location was having to leave. Seriously, my wife and I absolutely fell in love with this place. We might come back and stay in entire week
Perfectly located between Sedona and Jerome and it is brand new! Found them off the booking.com website and decided to give them a try and oh my god we were so happy that we did. It is very very clean in the rooms are immaculate! Breakfast every morning consists of homemade baked , Southwestern themed breakfast items as well as fresh juices. We loved it so much, we revised our itinerary and came back to stay here on our way back to Phoenix from the Grand Canyon. You have to try this place out because if you are staying at Sedona it's only about 20 minutes away and it allows you to truly enjoy the Southwest experience without the craziness of congested Sedona
