Breakfast was decent, location was perfect

More chairs and items needed for the beach

Location easy to get to restaurants and shops. They should put a railing on the slope going down to the beach for the handicap people.

No safety lock on door. Magnifying mirror no longer there. Air conditioner very loud can’t hear the tv and it wakes you up. The car and motorcycle noise really bad. It used to be controlled. No police patrolling. People smoking marijuana smoking in beach bathroom and by the pool at Tamarack resort. Employees should park far from the elevator.

The amenities, the location and most of the staff. This place is always kept clean and beautiful ❤️

The lady at the desk at breakfast seemed judgy.

Excessive traffic noise despite posted noise ordenance. (Ocean View Units) Local motorist with loud pipes aparently enjoy hearing them reverberate against the buildings along the blvd. Subsides 2 hrs after sunset. Once a Full breakfast pre Covid, the "Free Breakfast" now a mere continental w/ waffles. Meh!

The building maintenance. We could see where there had been leaks and patches outside by the pool area.

I have visited this location multiple times over the years and have consistently enjoyed my stay. The setting is picturesque, situated directly across from the beach, and there are several restaurants within a short walking distance. Overall, the location is outstanding.p

The young man who assisted us during check-in left much to be desired. His demeanor was somewhat distant and unapproachable, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. In contrast, our interactions with the other staff members were consistently positive; they were friendly, polite, and eager to please.

On coast road giving access to the Pacific Highway. Handy stop over having flown into San Diego late afternoon from the UK.

Nothing to dislike for me I found that what I selected it for was delivered.

The location was fantastic. In walking distance of the village and directly across from the ocean. Underground parking included with the room is a great benefit!

It is an older property. Well maintained and clean but the rooms lacked space for clothes if the stay is longer than a couple days.

Our room 107 is right over garage gate. Could hear everyone coming in!

The Tamarack is spotless. It is so clean. The staff is very professional. The location couldn't be better for accessing exercise and restaurants. We only used our car to go play golf. Even though Highway 1 runs by, it gets quiet at night, as long as the room fan is on. We loved our ocean view patio. Beautiful sunsets. Underground parking is easy. We've already booked next year!

Occasional daytime speeding motorcycles. Until bedtime it sometimes sounds like a "cruising" street. Police Dept should patrol regurally.

Great location to Carlsbad Village and the beach!

Everything was awesome. We have a greàt. Location was perfect the place was clean and staff was very friendly will be back in September.

Great location. Fantastic ocean view rooms

Breakfast was good … “just enough” to start the day… Friendly staff member making waffles and bacon, coffee…. Other options: yogurt, various cereals, pastries, juices and fruit.
