Elevators were a little dated and extremely slow, I would have preferred more muted lighting in the lobby, felt like I was under a heat lamp!

The place was charming, all the little touches of color, solar lights, pillows, just made me feel like someone went above and beyond to create a lovely space.

Minor gripe which isn’t a deal breaker – it would be nice for the outer renovations to be done outside of peak hours.

I have been coming to this hotel every December for the past 5+ years. I must say, I was left impressed with the renovations (they were starting off when I was here last year). It looks completely different but the quality of staff there has not changed.

I was not happy I was unaware the pool was done for construction. For the amount of days I was staying I definitely would have stayed elsewhere if I knew. The breakfast was closed earlier than when we were told. And the hot portion was definitely cold.

It is clearly newly renovated. Renos were going on at the time. It’s very nice and will be when it’s done.

Under renovation. Staff was not particularly interested in their customers. Given the state of the lobby and breakfast area, it would expect an expansion of the market area and more attention paid to the temporary breakfast options. It was also overpriced for the condition of the hotel. However, I’d probably try them again after the renovation is complete.

The lobby was a bit unsettling, but they are under construction. Was hoping for the hot breakfast, but bagged ones" to go" were provided. Wish they ran casino shuttle weekdays during evening hours

I wasn't informed prior that major construction was going on and that "breakfast" was a sack full of most things I can't eat but had to pay for bc it's included in my stay.

We didn't like that. They weren't done with the remodel yet. It was a little unsettling while you're having your breakfast with a big black wall of what looked like hefty bags, but I'm sure they weren't for construction purposes, but maybe the whoever's doing the construction can step it up so it was not too much longer and I'm sure it'll be beautiful

Parking spaces were very tight for full size van.

Young lady at the front desk was amazing. So patient with a crotchety older man that was not even a guest and at the same time very helpful to a woman who was having issues.

Room & bathroom was remodeled and clean. 😊 the phone did not work period. The TV was impossible to navigate and very frustrating it was new and no instructions. The nice clerk tried to help but it was late.

We were there to walk to the Mid Florida Amphitheater to see the Doobie Brothers. We stayed in a double queen room. The room was huge and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and an enormous bathroom!

I didn't like that the pool is heated year round. We're in Florida, none of us want to get into 85° water when it's already 90° out. I get it for the chilly months but at least shut it off when it gets hot out. Made the pool unusable for us and everybody else as we didn't see one person in the pool over the two night stay. There was ongoing construction but it didn't really cause an inconvenience for us.

The location was nice. Complimentary shuttle to the casino allowed me to let loose. The staff was awesome! Other than one older gentleman who I only seen once at the front desk when asking for forks, he was pretty short with us and didn't seem too happy. The breakfast tasted so good. Eggs were delicious.

No problem at all until I check my credit card statement. $5.68 charge which I did not expect. I was told it was for the pool and other amenities. Always in the past, it was included in the price of the room. It will not happen again if I ever stay at Comfort Suites again.

No locker/vault in the room. Although the room we had was recently renovated, the bathroom wasn't by the looks of the toilet. The hotel offers a minimarket, but the prices are high.

Very spacious rooms with good beds. The hotel offers a shuttle to the nearby casino. Breakfast is simple, but good. Friendly and helpful staff!

I would've liked a better variety of juice, ither than just apple.

Good location to the fairgrounds, casino and other events happening nearby. The shuttle service to the casino was very much welcomed. The majority of the staff was very friendly and professional. If I was to return to that area, this would definitely be my first choice
