WiFi a little slow

The Check-in was fast and the person very friendly. Location cannot be beat with food options and stores nearby. Refridge worked and they had a coffee maker. Its a Motel but it was clean.

smell of cigarettes despite being "no smoking." Room was ok, but not a place to hang out.

The room was quiet despite being so close to busy part of town and the freeway. Excellent location to get to everywhere. The housekeeping staff are amazing, the bed was made perfectly.

cost jumped from 70 to 140 thursday to friday, saturday and sunday much to much, having said that, it was labor day weekend and we were in town for a wedding

It was quite comfortable and spacious and clean and the hotel maid came by everyday, very pleasant and accomodating. It is well within walking distance to the old town, we loved that aspect

The decor of the room could definitely use some upgrades.

The Rancho California Inn, in Temecula was the right choice for us I love the cleanliness that this Inn offers... Sheets and towels Were up to my standards... The downstairs units have no carpet on the floors which is awesome for someone like me who suffers with allergies... No complaints here I will definitely be booking again And not to mention it was close to everything that we needed Right at our fingertips.

They should do something about the stain on the love seat, it looks like someone wet on it. And the broken bedsidw lamp by the front door looked a little shabby.

The location was near to Old Town Temecula. It was a bit off the beaten path, so there was no traffic noise. Although I didn't use them. There were 2 restaurants across the street. It was very clean except for the stain on the couch. That's why I didn't sit there ! The owners were helpful and friendly

The Direct TV reception was horrible, constantly freezing up.

It would be nice if there were a lounge chair or 2 in the pool area. It looked as if they had them, but someone had ruined them and they were still sitting off to the side. That was really the only thing that could have made the stay a bit better.

Rancho California Inn is in a great location. The family who runs it is very accommodating and friendly. There is a small pool area we enjoyed during our stay. There are chairs and a table with an umbrella. The room was clean and had everything we needed, fridge,microwave,coffee maker.The decor is a little dated but, I don't really worry about the looks if things are clean.

the staff need to work on better communication. I reserved a room for 2 nights, by the afternoon on the next day, my key was deactivated. I shouldn’t have to feel like I made a mistake on my end, when I’ve got a receipt that says I made a payment for 2 nights. And on the morning of our checkout day, roughly around 8:15AM. While in our room, Front desk woman did a one tap on the door, not identifying herself, just opens the door. Do not appreciate these people just checking if customers are in their room, so they can walk in and possibly go through our personal belongings. There was absolutely no reason for it. checkout time is 11:00AM.

rancho California inn is close to restaurants, convenient store. There’s no need to travel too far from your room to just grab something quick to eat or whatever you may need at the convenient store. The rooms itself have a microwave and mini fridge which is a plus. It’s nice to keep your drinks cold when the weather is a bit too warm in Temecula.

Not a fancy place, but very clean and updated. Even had free wi-fi, satellite TV, a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Normally as a single female, I don’t like staying on the first floor but I felt very safe here.
