Throughout my stay I encountered a few unusual things. First THIS IS A HOTEL, I got looped in and told it was apartment type condo thing. Second, the dishwasher inside the room wasn't hooked up so there was no using it. Along with there being black mold along the rim of the shower. Lastly our mattress was broken before we ever laid on it, with the reviews being so high I thought I was getting more bang for my buck. But I personally won't stay here again.

The cleanliness lacked. The mattress was comfortable, but the blankets were not comfortable. We ended up buying sheets and a comforter. The shower water was sometimes hot, sometimes just warm. The room had a smell that we could not get rid of even with keeping the windows open.

The location was great. This place has a lot of potential, as it was nice to have a kitchen in our room and laundry on site.

There was a roach on the wall when we arrived. The A/C unit was broken the front panel kept falling down. Also, some nearby door(s) kept slamming shut at all hours. Do not like that visitors are not allowed.

Bed was comfortable, sofa bed and kitchenette were convenient. I liked the vanity.

The rooms and hotel itself are dated and needed maintenance. The door had a large gap between the frame and the door. Also, the frame itself was falling apart. The kitchenette could have used more utensils and cookware. Needed more on-site staff instead of over the phone communications. The a/c unit needs to be replaced in the room. The room wouldn't cool down enough. Also, with the hotel being by a major intersection. We could hear all the traffic loud and clear.

I like the location of where it is, in general, accessible to the 101 and amenities in Mesa. The room was spacious and good for the duration of our stay. The hotel was accommodating to my family and pet.

The Tempe Studio was very comfortable and had all that accommodations that we needed for our stay. Also, I like that it was right off the freeway and close to stores and restaurants if needed definitely will be staying again. Enjoyed my stay there was very quiet and I like that we were able to check in with just a pin for our room.

That we had to chance rooms and both were beyond gross. The first one the door wouln't lock. Then we had to store our stuff back in the car, The second one the code didn't work so the rooms wer dirty the tub didn't drain there was blood stains all over the couch an opened empty condom wrapper on the floor next too the couch we didn't even stay the second night there was nothing coming back from me complaining about all the problems I had.

Nothing the only thing that was convenient was it was close to the birthday party I attended The whole thing was awful.

ROACHES! They were crawling all over I couldn’t even unpack. As soon as I took my shoes off and went to put them back on not even 5 min after, I shook one out of my shoe!! Not clean at all. Not worth the 200 I paid for one night to be there.

This was a total bait and switch. This is a hotel ran like individual apartments. The room looks nothing remotely like what was pictured. The amenities that was listed were not available. No hair dryer no iron no coffee maker. No dresser to put clothes in. We stayed for 4 days and we're given one set of towels. No towels available by pool area either. Hot tub was warm but the jets did not work.

The front desk people tried their best. They were kind and one lady went above and beyond to help me.

This building was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked in we smelled sewage. The hallways and the stairways smelled as if people/animals were using the floor as a toilet. There are no smoking signs everywhere but when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. I booked a room for some friend’s as well and there room smelled so bad of animal urine that none of us could breath (the ammonia smell was so bad it felt as if our throats were closing up). We immediately opened all windows then we had to find a Walmart to go buy disinfectant and odor sprays as well as face masks because the smell was so unbearable. I could not walk anywhere in this building without having my nose covered up and again the smell was so awful it was nauseating. We went outside thinking it would be nice to at least sit in the hot tub but it was completely full of dirt (like buckets full not a small amount) and debris and the jets did not work. We finally decide to just leave and hang out somewhere else only coming back to sleep which was nearly impossible because the smell was so bad. To top it all off when we got there our instructions specifically said to enter building through the side entrance but then we got stuck in the stairwell because none of the keypads would work(the stairwell that was also apparently used as a toilet). Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The only thing we liked about this property was the size of the room to fit us and 2 kids.

There was an adjoining room, which is fine but I noticed that a giant floor lamp was placed perfectly in front of the doors handle and lock. So I move it out of the way and check the door(safety issue. Always have to check!) and was surprised to find that the door wasn't even locked which was already kind of uncomfortable. But then when i tried to lock it up. The lock would not work. I contacted property on phone number i was provided at check in and get told that they were completely booked up and therefore couldn't switch me rooms but to speak to management about refund in the morning, that they would be there. Nope! Nobody was there entire morning so i contact that number again requesting my refund please and was told that "Your refund request has been denied due to the fact that management went in to room and door lock worked just fine." It didn't. They were lying but good thing i completely documented everything with pics and videos. I had to move furniture in front of door and barricade myself in and still did not feel comfortable enough with that to actually sleep so sat up in the bed the whole night staring at door. I paid $130 + a $100 deposit to freaking barricade myself in a strange hotel room all because of some shotty service-then get told I'm lying. I took it to my lawyer because I'm pretty sure, that was illegal.

Everything would have been fine if I didn't have to watch the door the entire night because it wouldn't lock and they said they were booked up & couldn't switch me to room that had a locking door.

Was unsatisfied with the room overall. Walking into the room was a overwhelming smell of cat urine. They charge a cleaning fee, but the room wasn't clean at all. Streaky mirrors , dirty bathroom door, dusty bathroom vent, pet hair on lamps, refrigerator door not cleaned & night stand dusty. Still working on getting a refund.

Rip off. They stated that I was denied entry from a “previous issue” they had with me. Wouldn’t disclose the nature of whatever they alleged. I asked if there was a veterans discount (I am a disabled vet) and they said I was denied return, which was odd as I had never stayed there. Then they put the onus on me to recoup my money from Booking, a further nuisance, after they had confirmed and even given me a pin. Insulting. Shouldn’t be operating with undisclosed biases. Have to wonder who *does* frequent this place as they don’t appear to be families or other law abiding citizens such as my family.

No tv remote left the roku tv inoperable. Management was rude and not helpful. Table leg was broke, shower faucet broke. The building used to be an extended stay...don't waste your money
