No tv remote left the roku tv inoperable. Management was rude and not helpful. Table leg was broke, shower faucet broke. The building used to be an extended stay...don't waste your money

I had a very bad experience in this place I tried to contact them and they didn't give me any answer, TV didn't work, the air had a very loud noise and the place was very dark and the room was dirty.

The smell in the hallways especially on the 3rd floor. Bad odor of wet animal(dog) made our room smell. Floors were dirty. Carpenter wasn't vacuuming properly. Asked for extra towels didn't receive upon arrival. Pool didn't even lock properly.

Nothing at all don't make me feel comfortable at all was very unsatisfied.

Hot water would have been nice. The water to the kitchen sink never got warm enough to wash dishes and the shower had to run for 5 minutes before it was warm enough to get into. No cleaning service, had to purchase toilet and paper towels. No dish cloth or dis towel provided and only 2 face clothe, 2 hand towel and 3 small thin bath towels for 10 day stay.

Cleanliness is the worst. Towels and lines are dirty. Bath tub got a lot of stains. Bad smell comes from drain, washing basin. The most terrible is that cockroaches and ants and bugs everywhere, from kitchen to bathroom, on the floor. Lots of noise comes from upper floor and outside during the night. Communication is bad, we did not receive any information from the property after booking until we called them and asked for it right before check in time. The process was time taking and complicated.

TV and remote didn't work. Looked like pieces of drugs all over the floor. Stains on all the furniture. You could see through the 2 inch gap in the door because it's been busted down before.

My room was cleaned out and all of my personal belongings disappeared mysteriously, and the owners stopped taking my calls. Fortunately there were not many things of sentimental value but it was a serious inconvenience.

Listing is not a real representation of the property in and around the parking lot and facilities you’ll find drug addicts shooting up, persons having sex in their cars, people sleeping in their cars. Giving very low income/ trap housing vibes. Might be a homeless intake facility. However I was forced to stay due to Super Bowl and WM tourism pricing. Room was full of cigarette smoke embedded in walls furniture and even towels hallways smelled of weed even though there is no smoking signs everywhere! No remotes in room for tvs broken furniture, and the doors access doesn’t work always. All and all motel 6 might’ve been a better option at this point.

The unit that we stayed in 205 smelled like cat or dog pee. the pull out couch did not have the sheets already on it therefore saw all the gross black and yellow stains on the mattress part. we had 3 people in our room as stated when booked only got 2 towels and they didn’t have more at the front desk. The bathroom light was a motion sensor but unless there was a ghost it went on every hour of the night. the jets in the hot tub did not work.

The location was good for where we needed to be while staying.

Was the worst experience ever in my years of travel. Booked kinda last minute traveled 1300 miles to find out I did not complete online booking trying to use my phone had issues trying to complete online booking called to figure out what to do I was told if I could not complete online booking they could not give me a room though we paid in advance. This info should be given through Booking I would not have chose this property I am a hands on guy not too much online guy

There were major stains on the couch and chair...really bad. And the living room lamp was in bad shape. The window didnt lock and the screen was half off.

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was in really good shape, nice refrigerator.
