They said that booking.com would credit us $15 back to my credit card for the inconvenience of getting us the wrong room for the 1st night

Since they had a room extremely stink like pet smells, they moved us to a 1 bedroom which also didn't work out we had to move a 2 bed room the 2nd nite and m I ved for a 3rd time. The 3rd room smelled a little like pee but we didn't want to move off 4 times so we just lived with it and boughtroom fresheners.

Tv wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working and there was also a broken drawer so we couldn’t open the drawer because we did not want to cause more damage.

Everything it smelt bad stains everywhere

Nothing really from the moment i walked in my room it smelt like cigarette smoke i called the office they said they were going to change us rooms and never did and my key code disabled 3 times

Our window faced a freeway exit and was kind of loud. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Location was easy to find and everything you could need was available in the apt.

FILTHY, Smelled absolutely horrible! Gave us both sore throats. Holes in the walls and doors. Towels were discolored and Smelled. Beds were extremely old and Smelled. The blankets were dirty and smelly too! Utensils were rusted and FILTHY! The sanitation department should shut this down! Don't trust those photos!! This place doesn't look like this at all!

Stayed here for what was supposed to be 4 nights but turned into only 2 nights after the property was so unsafe we had to leave. Expect screaming altercations in the middle of the night from drunk neighbors. Don’t expect them to help when you call in the early hours of the morning or have security on site. You’ll have to call the police yourself. Even after that the screaming will not stop and will continue leaving you unable to sleep. After a night of no sleep we packed our stuff and requested a refund for the last 2 nights and were denied the refund even after safety was cited as the reason we left. Management is terrible and does not care. Although all the rooms say no smoking it stinks of marijuana throughout the room and hallway. Also, be prepared for noise coming from the street if your room faces the street.

The bed had dried urine and the room had an unpleasant odor we also had trouble getting into our room. The pictures that showed the property were false information. Its not worth staying here.

It was much smaller than 55 sqrm, the kitchen was tiny and the bathroom sink took forever to clear. The check in procedure was frustrating- after I confirmed the reservation (with no refund so I was trapped) they sent me a short term leasing contract by surprise- it wasn’t mentioned on booking. I followed through, and sent the signed contract and pictures of my personal documents and a selfie I was meant to receive check in instructions, but nothing was sent. We tried contacting them several times through the booking app but no response. We finally contacted them via phone and receive the information after several hours.

No complaints. The negative reviews are either ppl who thought they booked a room at a resort or ppl who broke the house rules.

Rooms are large & nicely renovated. The staff were very nice.
