Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were a couple of things we were disappointed in. First at check in the young lady who checked us in just rushed through our check in. She was nice but she didn’t explain anything about the resort to us, like where the restaurants were for an example. Probably the worst thing about check-in was we stayed at the end of August. The average temperature that week was 90° when we finally found our room we opened the door and it was 86° in our room. The air conditioner was off in our room. It was so hot in our room we dropped our bags off grabbed our swimsuits and went to the pool that’s what we had planned to do anyway. I just feel the room should have been at a comfortable temperature. Total first world problem I know this! The last thing was our room was not very clean. In the bathroom, there was coffee splashed on the wall, there was no body wash in the shower. Normally I have my own so it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I forgot to bring some. I called down three times 2 times one the first day for them to come fill the body wash and after the third time,Avery nice young man brought up three travel size body wash bottles. (Just irritating) In the bedroom, there was coffee on the lampshade. There was a layer of dust on a lot of the surfaces in the room. Although none of this ruined our stay, the room was still wonderful. I just feel like for the price point of over $1400 for three nights. None of those things should’ve happened. Again, first world problems our stay was still wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again.
It was beautiful. The resort was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The pool was great. We had a wonderful time. The beds were the nicest bed I have ever slept in.

United StatesThey don’t allow walking on the path along the golf course. We have traveled all over Europe and the UK and even at the most prestigious courses, walking is encouraged. There is a mountain bike single track trail adjacent to the course, but not a walking/running trail.

CanadaThe only complaint I have is that before booking, I called the resort directly to see if any additional discounts were available. The man who took the call attempted to book us in directly, but at a price 25% higher than was available through booking.com. When I declined, curiously, the room suddenly wasn't available any more. I waited 30 minutes and refreshed my booking.com options and the room was available again. Obviously the agent had put a hold on the room during the call hoping we'd decide to book through him at the higher price. Pretty sleazy move by the agent, but we eventually got our room at the booking.com price.
Great last minute booking. Nice rooms, right on a beautiful golf course (sadly didn't bring clubs), Nespresso machine with a couple pods in the room. We were going to extend the stay by a night but they were completely booked up the next day.
